Waterproof
GROUT PEN White is the most popular of all grout tile colors. It’s waterproof when applied directly to unsealed grout lines.
The GROUT PEN I received has a dry white tip, is it broken or did I receive the wrong color?
Tips need to be primed before use, all brand new GROUT PENS have a dry white tip until they are activated.
The tip of my GROUT PEN fell out or is worn down, is my pen broken?
Tips are designed to be removable so when a tip becomes worn or damaged it can be taken out and flipped over. If the tip falls out do not worry, simply put it back in and keep working.

Goodness if I could give this 10 stars I would!!! Absolutely incredible quality.. I will suggest allowing the layers to dry completely in between to prevent any lifting or spots . But the shine and the color is stupendous!! Really makes an antique look and can transform anything it seems!

I love this paint. I only order this brand. I wish they sold longer cans. But for small projects, this is the one for me. Over the years Iâve ordered several different colors and they never disappoint. The paint is thick and easy to clean up, the color is vibrant and the texture is like butter. 10 out of 10 and I donât say that for every product!

Excellent paint for wood and marble
I recently scored a lovely marble top table for a steal with plans to paint it. I didnât think about whether painting marble was easy or not, but it was as so cheap I needed it. Did some searching and found this paint. I am AMAZED. I almost got the rust oleum chalked paint but it didnât look dark enough. This gave me a beautiful dark satiny matte black over the wood AND the marble with no priming. Pics are before and after. When I painted the first stroke I was skeptical because it looked like it was rejecting the gloss finish on the table, but I gave it about a half a minute and tried to spread it and it was fine. Streaky but it was just the first coat. Did 3 coats on the bottom and one on top in this photo. Iâve since added another coat to the top and plan on sealing it so itâs shiny like the marble was. Im so happy I got this paint and canât wait to start on the China cabinet I also got. In terms of cleaning it came off my hands fine but wiping it off the floor with soap and water didnât work. Hopefully a cleaning agent will do the trick. Thatâs my only con.EDIT: Original review is from March 2023. It’s now Aug 2023 and I’ve been able to paint the table shown, a whole 6.5ft tall china cabinet, 8 floating shelves, ornate appliqués for the shelves, 2 gothic wooden window frames, a 4.5ft ornate bookshelf, and 3 pieces of wall decor. THERE IS STILL PAINT LEFT from this small can. This stuff goes a lonnng way.

Takes a few coats to show
I bought this paint in the hopes I wouldnât need to do a bunch of coats for it to show up and unfortunately that wasnât the case. However, after about 3-4 coats it looks beautiful! So you just have to be patient. Otherwise itâs easy to use and goes on any surface well.

One of the worst chalk paints I came across
I am in love with chalk paint due to the aged look it produces and I purchased white and black chalk paint from other brand to paint 2 dressers, further mixing it to achieve the degrade grey: that paint was thick like marmelade, achieved great coverage in one coat (for black; white needed 3 layers) besides getting 1 litre for under 20 USD.This Shabby chic paint by contrast is simply terrible. I purchased white, black, silver and gold, each for just under 20 USD for 250ml – terrible value for money. Not only that:- the paint is like water (shake the can to hear how water thin it is if you are going to buy it)- the paint is at the bottom of the tin and even when shaking the tin many times, the paint was still very thin- this paint smells stronger than other brands of chalk paint I used.- I tried to use the silver paint to paint the lines on this dresser and I had to apply it so many times due to being so waterish; on black it looks a bit better but on the white side of the dresser if just terrible. The silver paint leaves some streaks and lines and when removing the tape to achieve the straight lines, some of the paint was taken with the tape. This never happened with other chalk paint brands. Reading the huge percentage of positive reviews, I conclude the Shabby Chic factory standards dropped.Thankfully the Amazon customer service was amazing due to our Prime membership.

I’ve ordered this paint a few times already and love it! It is a gorgeous satiny black and is super easy to use. I’ve used it for several things like mirror frames, picture frames and furniture and they all turn out gorgeous! It is called Licorice. Not sure why it says hit cup of. But I am referring to the Licorice color.

Great product
As someone who refinishes furniture and knows about painting, I will say I am VERY happy with this gold. I placed 3 coats but the intial coat had pretty good coverage as far as single coats go. I was reluctant based on the negative reviews but now I feel those were people who just didnt know anything about painting. I would never use a paintbrush and chalk paint over a polished metal surface and expect adhesion. I thought this was a beautiful gold with an impressive subtle shimmer. Multi dimensional. Would recommend. Product also came in in tact.
