What should I do if the model won’t stick to the platform when printing?

I got this printer as the reviews on youtube were good , i took it out of the box and used it but it made a screeching noise a few times in the beginning wheni was trying to figure out how to use it befor deciding to print, i unfortunately had to get a replacement 3 days later after i finally decided to try and use it but during the probing to start a print it started clicking and got an error message and kept pushing thr nozzel into the bed the sticker that was on the magnet bed looked like a kid had put it on and there was no replacement to put on it i had 2 friends who know more about this then i.do and even they were stumped, other thing to add i had no tools come with it nore filiment as advertised so hopefully the replacement comes with whats needed and the machine actually works if not ill throw in the towel and return for my money back, this will be updated if the new machine is a smoother experience

Versione Tina2 S con WIFI e piatto riscaldato.Acquistata come prima stampante 3D, con cui realizzo piccoli componenti per i miei progetti elettronici.Ero abbastanza dubbioso ma onestamente è veramente facile da usare(piccoli problemi iniziali a parte).La superfice di stampa è contenuta ma perfetta per le mie esigenze(attuali).E’ piccola, silenziosa e non ingombra molto sulla scrivania, completa di manuali d’uso e file di stampa per le prime prove.Premetto che non ho usato i file d’esempio forniti, ma ho scaricato progetti a cui ero interessato.Compilati ed inviati alla stampante, sono stati stampati con ottima qualità (dipendente dalla velocità impostata) e ben rifiniti.Infine un plauso all’assistenza che rapidamente e chiaramente mi hanno chiarito alcuni aspetti che mi avevano creato un problema di adesione sul piatto riscaldato.Posso solo che consigliarla.Grazie.

Nonostante possa sembrare piccola e poco professionale, questa stampante ha dimostrato di essere una valida alternativa a stampanti più grandi (come le Ender3) per chi ha poco spazio in casa. I consumi energetici sono molto limitati, la qualità di stampa ottima ed è SILENZIOSISSIMA. Ha anche i led che illuminano l’area di stampa (possono essere spenti dal menù apposito), Viene fornita con una bobina da 100gr (molto meglio di quei 5/10 metri di prova di altre stampanti), attrezzi per la manutenzione, della colla stick per migliore aderenza al piatto, MicroSD e il suo adattatore. Appena uscita dalla scatola è già pronta per stampare. Ci sono dei modelli di prova già pronti nella sua MicroSD (che contiene ANCHE il software CURA con le impostazioni già configurate per questo modello di stampante). Ottime anche le funzioni WiFi e la sua applicazione semplice e intuitiva.Prodotto super consigliato.

Prima stampante 3d, sono un perfetto neofita di questo mondo, sia a me che ai miei figli piacciono le miniature e volevo provare a dilettarsi. Stampante molto semplice da usare, la cosa più difficile da fare è inserire il filo in quanto bisogna giocarci qualche secondo per farlo scorrere nel tubicino e questo dice tutto. Allego qualche creazione così come sono state stampate, a parte il Polimar che ho stampato in 4 pezzi e poi uniti, la parte ardua sarà dipingere perché sono neofita anche di quel mondo. Alla stampante basta dare in pasto il file e fa tutto da sola. Ho provato i software allegati nella micio sd e sono validi. Personalmente preferisco wiibuilder per quanto riguarda i supporti, gli altri software li fanno più solidi e difficili da togliere. Proprio il Polimar inizialmente lo stavo stampando con Cura in quanto era di grosse dimensioni e Cura permette di ridimensionare con le percentuali, così potevo fare ogni pezzo al 60%, ma poi per togliere i supporti ho rovinato il pezzo stampato. Riprovato con wiibuilder dove le misure sono solo numeriche, ho moltiplicato per 0.6 e sostituito i valori, i supporti sono venuti via più facilmente. Probabilmente il problema è la mia inesperienza. Insomma è un piccolo gioiello, sarebbe bello poter stampare oggetti più grandi ma non ho spazio sulla scrivania ed ho dovuto optare per questa, non mi aspettavo tali dettagli con queste dimensioni di stampa. Mi sono fatto proprio un bel regalo! Ho acquistato anche un filo silk multicolore, sono proprio curioso di provarlo, quando sarà , eventualmente, aggiungerò foto.Aggiornamento 12/08/2023 dopo un mese la stampante mi ha abbandonato. Stavo stampando ed all’improvviso ha smesso di “tirare il filo” . Ho provato a fare sia espulsione che caricamento ma niente, filo immobile. Avviato reso e riordinata la stessa, sperando sia stata solo sfortuna.Aggiornamento 30/08/2023: la nuova stampante ha funzionato bene per un certo periodo poi e’ successo di nuovo il problema del filo. Non mi sono dato per vinto ed ho iniziato a cercare sul web. Ho scoperto che si tratta di un problema comune con tutte le stampanti, il clogging. Capita soprattutto se, come me si attiva la retraction, un’opzione di slicing che serve a limitare la produzione di “ragnatele” durante la stampa. Questa funzione fa si che il filamento venga tirato leggermente indietro durante lo spostamento dell’estrusore. Capita quindi che si formi un grumo di filo che bocca il filo. Senza la retraction succede raramente, altrimenti quando capita risolvo cosi’: da Menu/Controllo/Temperatura metto l’ugello a 210 gradi, poi provo a spingere dentro il filo(sfilate prima il tubo dall’estrusore) e se dall’ugello esce filo e’ fatta, fate espelli filo , tagliate il pezzo finale del filo rovinato, pulite l’ugello con ferretto in dotazione come da istruzioni della stampante e poi reinserite il filo. Se spingendo il filo dentro non esce nulla allora bisogna giocare un po’ spingi e tira piu’ volte, senza tirare troppo forte per non rovinare la macchina, fino a che non riuscite a tirare via il filo. Come detto prima, leggendo sui forum e’ un problema molto comune, uso infatti la retraction solo quando devo stampare oggetti con molte parti ravvicinate, puo’ dipendere anche dal filo, ce n’e’ uno di cui ho fatto il reso perche’ era impossibile stampare, si bloccava durante la stampa sempre. Ora sto usando un PLA+ che stampa egregiamente, solo che spesso al termine della stampa non riesco ad estrarre il filo se non faccio il gioco di prima dello spingere prima il filo dentro con l’ugello caldo. Consiglio, pulite spesso l’ugello e non lasciate il filo dentro quando avete finito di stampare. Se volete usare la retraction informatevi bene sul web, perche’ ha varie impostazioni che se regolate bene, limitano il problema. Usatela solo per stampe dove si genererebbero troppe ragnatele, ad esempio l’ho dovuta usare per stampare Goku, tra i capelli altrimenti si creava un macello.

Per iniziare e intraprendere il mondo della stampa 3D direi che va più che bene. A volte stampa male ma dipende da diversi fattori, dal clima anche essendo aperta e magari avete una finestra aperta il PLA si asciuga prima compromettendo la stampa. A volte dipende anche dal tipo di software usato per la stampa, io con wiibuilder mi sono trovato bene ma ho usato anche altri programmi, almeno per la progettazione. La grandezza è uno dei suoi punti forti ma allo stesso tempo debole, essendo che le stampe escono piccole come dimensioni 10cm x 10cm. La cosa positiva è che occupa poco spazio ed è molto silenziosa. Che dire, per muovere i primi passi la consiglio sicuramente!!
