edit:originally gave it a 5 star review, but…worked fine for a few months, but then failed to hold a chargeall i have is an asus router connected to the ups (~8 watts), but when i unplug the ups from the mains it goes down hard after about 2 minutes (the ups display says it should run for 5 hours, so… not even close)thought maybe it needed a higher load to stay connected, so put a 100 watt load on it; same resultsthese are lead-acid batteries; the technology is well-established and over a century old; they really really shouldn’t be failing after 2 minutes with a minimal load

After installing these batteries, the UPS could run without receiving household power
Swapping the two old batteries in this UPS for these replacements worked as hoped – I could unplug the power cable feeding the UPS unit, and the devices drawing power from the UPS no longer suffered a loss of power. Installing the batteries was a bit of a chore, but I eventually got them in – awkward, but not terribly difficult.I haven’t had the new batteries long enough to address long-term battery life or overall value, so maybe I’ll comment on that in a follow-up post. For now things are working OK.What I’d have liked to find included in the package was better information on how to recycle the batteries that were removed. Some minimalist text and symbols were provided on each battery, but I think most folks would need something with additional details to really know what to do with the spent batteries.

Great for Cyberpower CST135XLU refresh (if shipment ever arrives).
I have 3 UPS CST135XLU battery backups that need battery replacements, so I placed an order for 6 batteries. Placed order on 2/25/25 and only received 1 battery so far. Update 3/3/25 (6 days later): Still waiting on other 5 batteries. I’ve ordered these batteries before and they replace CST135XLU batteries, but no good to me if they never get delivered. Will update this review when I finally receive 5 other batteries.
