Bad surround sound
Satellite speaker’s stopped working after a couple weeks. Had to restart now working good again

Great value for the price
Purchased a Samsung 65″ tv for the master bedroom then purchased a Samsung soundbar. Used it for 3 days then ordered this surround sound. The company packaged their product with care ensuring the speakers wouldn’t be damaged. The ease of setting it up was very simple. I am happy the company included everything from all types of media cords to even throwing in mounting brackets (i didn’t use because I ordered swiveling mounts). Tested out the system with a action movie. Voice clarity is there, background noises are perfect. I have not tested the BT connection yet (probably wont), build quality looks good to me no chips, cracks, or broken pieces. It is very easy to use. The rear satellite speakers were already paired. All around I am thrilled with this purchase but it has been only one day. Only negative I have so far is they didn’t include 2 AAA batteries for the remote but that’s OK I have a kid so always have an endless supply lol.

One Word – Value
Did not give five stars because I had to exchange the first unit for a load humming noise coming from the amp. The second unit sounded great. Let’s face it for the money spent there is no reason to have an issue with this unit. It performs exactly as described. For this price point it has blue tooth rear speakers. Really? Just what I was looking for. No wires to run. Just remember this isn’t 500.00+ surround sound system. But if you want to improve your tv sound and listening experience at this price point you can’t go wrong. I am still amazed that for 148.00 this system is this good.

Horrible popping and support
System worked great for about a month. After that time, the rear left speaker constantly pops and cuts the sound out. I finally emailed support and three months later was sent another left rear speaker, which has the same issue. meaning either they sent me a used part, or the channel in the system it self was bad. Upon sending them another email letting them know that the “new” speaker has the exact same issue, I have not heard back from bobtot for over a month. The popping is constant and the only way to alleviate it is to turn off the left rear speaker, so no surround. With it on the constant popping and sound cutting out make it almost unbearable.other things to be aware of, the controls are very basic and do not allow sound or eq controls like my old kenwood system would, so there is a big gap there fort great sound. Also adjusting the back to front speaker volumes is almost pointless. The lights stay on on the system even when powered off which is odd. finding radio stations is horrible with only a plus or minus for channel selection, no AM that I have found, which is where all talk radio is located at.I really wish support was better at communication. I would not buy from them again. But will be looking for a replacement. possibly use this for a garage or workshop where watching TV and paying attention is not required.

Decent price, great sound!
Love this system! Directions were a bit difficult for me to understand as I’m not a technical person but was able to figure it out. The bass is great and the 2 back wireless speakers add a real kick to your sound! They do have to be plugged in but sounds really good!

You Get What You Pay For
To be honest, it doesnât sound bad. Itâs a $200 home theater system, so it is what it is. I ended up with a bad BT speaker (rear satelite) and it made a strange buzzing sound every 5 minutes or so, lasting a second or so in duration. So that speaker is most likely bad. Amazon was awesome about replacing the entire system for free. Problem number 2: bought expensive universal remote, the Amazon BrandâBobtotâ was not on any of the manufacturers code lists for programming a universal remote. Just be aware.
