Fits 2025 Subaru Outback
This license plate bracket was recommended by the sales team where I purchased my 2025 Outback Wilderness. The bracket attaches into the tow hook receptacle on either side of the bumper. You remove the “plug” panel that covers the tow hook area. It is easy to assemble and fits perfectly. Amazon reflected this would not fit the 2025 Outback but they were wrong. By using this bracket you can avoid putting holes in to front bumper cladding. Because it is offset from center it also gives more of a sporty look.

Sturdy and easy to install
Mount is pretty sturdy. No wiggle on the bar. Hardware was great, hex screws with lock nuts (Hex keys provided). Dose not come with instructions, but the mounting was pretty self-explanatory. You are able to swivel left and right if you want your plate to contour more or less to your front bumper. If you are curious about the tow hook cover, I bought an OEM cover from Subaru ($11+ tax), drilled the hole in the center and slid it over the Hex extension.

A great option on a budget. No real directions, but there’s plenty of YouTube videos if you’re OCD like me, and want to make sure it’s just right.Take your time, make sure your screws and everything is tight as you go. I’ve had mine on for a couple of months and it’s still tight and solid.

Much better option than the dealer drilling into my fender. Looks pretty cool too and stands out on the road. Durable enough, make sure to tighten but not over tighten. After around 2,000 miles, it hasn’t moved a millimeter. Yes, I just used metric and imperial in the same sentence.

It holds a license plate well enough
Iâm giving this 3 stars because we got sent a used one so it had no instructions and was missing pieces but my husband needed it for his car to be legal so he made it work. I really hate that Amazon/sellers on Amazon donât do a quality check before they send the item back out.

Fits 2023 wrx perfectly
As other reviewers have said, this kit doesnât come with instructions. But if youve installed a tow hook license plate bracket before youâll have no trouble. Or do a quick internet search for some general instructions.The kit is very adjustable. You can adjust the angle of the bracket however you like. You can also mount the bracket at different positions to get the height you like.The plate bolts are not long enough to accommodate a license plate frame. You will need longer nuts if you want to mount a frame.If this is your first tow hook plate mount, security is most important. Tighten everything as much as possible without stripping or breaking hardware. Losing a plate or causing damage to your car, or someone elseâs car, for the sake of aesthetics isnât worth it.

Part did not fit as advertised. Threads were different and diameter of main stud was only half the size. Very mis leading and a waste of money. No real options to adjust product. Stuck with a paper weight. Do not buy.

Perfect for 22+ WRX, no instructions included but very straight forward installation with all tools required. 100% worth it over the more expensive name brand kits. Only downside is that if you want to run a plate cover you will need to purchase longer plate bolts. Easily removable for car washes.
