It won’t open a raw file at all. You try to get tech support. They create a ticket that someone gets back to you in 24-48 hrs with an insane question. You reply. They respond with something equally stupid like a link to their getting started video. As if you are too stupid to think of doing that first. It’s been a vicious cycle for the few months I’ve had it.So lie #1 is not raw file friendly. My camera is a Canon. I tried to open old Nikon raws just to see if that was by some chance the issue. Nope. Do not buy this software. The customer service is atrocious. The software is atrocious. The tech support is atrocious. I have done advance tech support and I can’t fix it and they don’t want to.

Great product
I use this for bulk editing in jpeg and raw. Aftershot is a much easier and less expensive that Adobe products.

At first it would not accept the product key for the PC download on my brand new laptop so it wasnât an issue with the laptop. Mediocre software

Can’t Recover the Software
It’s an OK photo program that I tried but used infrequently. When I went to load it onto a new PC, it would not do so without the code from the original download purchased from Amazon. This was a long time ago, and while I thought I had recovered the original information from ‘my orders’, it would not load from the cloud. So, I am out of luck unless I want to repurchase the software. I have opted for free shareware programs instead. All this makes me miss Picasa!

Good value
Not going to be as good as light room or some of the more expensive editing software but very solid. Has many of the same key tools. A bit slow however, and the picture being displayed in the program is slightly off of what it looks like in other viewing programs which is frustrating because I have to go back and retouch sometimes because I thought a picture looked they way I wanted it to but it really didn’t. Good HDR program as well.

Itâs very complicated to use. So far editing, at least for me, has been difficult. I learn more every time I use it, but still struggling. Help manuals havenât been much help either. Could just be me.
