The model worn by Tadej Pogacar in his 2024 Le Tour de France and Giro d’Italia victories, the MET Trenta 3K Carbon MIPS is a performance road helmet for elite cyclists. This helmet features MIPS AIR technology which is engineered to reduce rotational energies otherwise transferred to the head during specific angular impacts, with a super-lightweight design. Scientifically designed air vents harness the power of the Venturi effect, pushing out warm air within the helmet through specially positioned exhausts to ensure constant airflow. The tail of the helmet also features an aerodynamic design to effectively drive airflow.

Great for oval heads!
Super fit for my oval head. Medium was barely big enough for my 58cm noggin; love it for warm weather, but I have to break out my old helmet if it’s cold enough to wear even a thin liner underneath. Like how the straps stay close to your head and don’t flap around in the wind like my old Specialized Prevail. Never gets uncomfortable, even on big days out.

Not black, hope you like metallic blueâ¦
Helmet is very light and comfortable, however in person it is a dark metallic blue and matte black. Not completely black as advertised. So disappointing to open the box to a metallic blue helmet. Maybe the seller sent the wrong model but either way itâs unacceptable for a $400+ cycling helmet.

Great fit and airflow
Bought because the shape was supposed to fit head shapes that are more oblong (me) than round (not me). It fit perfectly and looks great – not like a gigantic mushroom, similar to some other helmets. Vents allow in plenty of air, even for Florida summers, and allow for stowing sunglasses.
