Good when needed on trips.
Client says not too comfortable. Bulky and not used to the bulge. Takes a few time wearing it to aomewhat adjust. Straps are a bit loose. Well we use it on road trips to avoid going to gas station bathrooms that are not handicapped accessible.

Comfy, usable ‘pee pants’ for when you just can’t go…
Have you ever been in a situation where you know you’re going to be stuck in a place, with little or no opportunity ‘to go’? Think – Times Square at New Years Eve, in the mosh pit at the front of a concert at Burning Man, driving across country to reach a wedding in time to declare your love before vows are made, in line at the DMV…While I’m not an ‘elderly gentleman’ there have been occasions when these ‘pee pants’ would have come in useful!They are surprisingly comfy, With an elasticated waist which fits around my ample body with no issues. The cup has a couple of snaps which enable you to remove the fabric and give it a good wash.The cup itself is weird to wear at first, but it’s made from a squishy silicon which doesn’t dig or scrape, and the drain tube is super long, giving you room to locate the baggy some distance away if you’re in bed, or just put it on the passenger side floor of your car.I get that this isn’t the ‘medical grade’ use for which they are made, but if you’re headed to a situation where you might be a bit stuck, then these are great.

Decent bags, but be careful around the hard plastic anti-reflux caps. One was not sealed.
Iâd give these 3.5 stars if I could, but Iâm rounding up. Iâm deducting a bit as one of the bags was not sterile sealed (because of the way all of these are crammed into a single plastic outer bag, one of the sterile bags had torn where the hard plastic cap had pushed through the sterile paper â see picture). The hard plastic cap itself is the reason for the rest of the deduction. You have to be careful around these caps as I know from past experience that the seals can break/crack if the plastic is stressed. This is easy to do in a urine bag situation (it can get caught between two hard spots on a bed/chair/wheelchair, etc.). I think this is why a lot of bags now have all soft, rubberized materials, even in the anti-reflux design.If anti-reflux is an issue for you (maybe because your situation involves the bag being above the penile level on occasions), the anti-reflux caps on these seem to work well â just be careful not to break the hard plastic and the seal on the hard plastic caps.I think/hope those who use cath bags understand what Iâm talking about.I do like the double hook design. It helps keep the bag positioned in the direction you want (which is important due to the hard plastic caps â and possibly why this design has two hooks whereas many bags with all soft materials only have one hook).Really, consider your needsâ¦

small…and difficult to put on – although putting this on is expected to be a bit hard without patient assistanceit does fit but really had to stretch it a lot – to the max – will probably buy some front/back hook and loop and extend the strap – also not very durable but these are intended for minimal/single use – materials are thin and not intended for reuse – but we do wash/reuse until they fail – and the straps fail first because that’s the stuff getting stretched and rubbed during bed movementthe doohickey on the doohickie does work – unless there’s any back pressure and then you’ll leakhe was wearing adult diapers – which had to be changed often (too often and why we’re trying new things)we had already gotten used to having leaks and have lots of towels and pads to capture – and this should make for longer periods of no attention needed – it should be a welcomed relief for all of us because he has claimed he tries to hold it (uncomfortable for him; saying he doesn’t want to make things hard on us (so he’s sometimes aware)) – yeah it captures wee wee – unless the hose gets kinked then there could be issues as the collection cup can fill/leak/stinkall in all this is a new improvement but flimsy materials which are too small doesn’t make for a robust solution – it’s likely this is intended to be disposable instead of wash/reuse

My enlarged prostate causes me to have to plan carefully for long car rides or other situations where a restroom is not readily available. In particular this is working well for me when I take my telescope to a dark sky site well out into the field. This urinal is comfortable for me to wear under long pants as I move around. It holds a lot and fits a decent range of waist sizes. It fits my waist at 35″ fine although a extension strap would allow it to fit a greater size range. I like that it comes with 2 bags – 1000ml and 2000ml. This gives a lot of flexibility of use. Good instructions are included. It’s constructed well, cleans easily, and comes at a reasonable price.

Collection kit is easy to use and works as intended
The Urinator kit works as intended and has been quite useful for my elderly father. He often needs to stop for restroom breaks during car trips (not even that long distance). This product is able to allow him to comfortably take care of business and not inconvenience other passengers for unnecessary stops.The kit itself is easy to use. The underpants are made of double-layer fabric and has an elastic waistband with velcro adjustment. The connection fitting and silicone tubing have been leak-proof thus far; the collection bag appears to be durable and also has not leaked yet.Overall, the product works well for road trips, night usage, or even events that require being stationary for extended periods of time.
