Drop and Dent
Came with both corners of the laptop case significantly dented. I know it’s not a “new” machine; but this one was obviously dropped pretty hard in it’s prior life and case showing pretty obvious signs of wear. Condition description did not represent the condition it arrived in.

I saved money, although not a lot, and got a refurbished laptop. It’s ok. I actually had to send the first one back as some of the keys were stuck down and they immediately sent me a new one. However this one is kinda slow. The service from this company was excellent. I think I just picked the wrong model?
