Great Computer With Mediocre Performance and Without Functioning Windows Product Key
Product was sold and delivered without a functioning Windows product key requiring me to do the leg work (and additional spending) required to authenticate the installed software. Zero help available directly through the seller.**22 month update** – Computer has a few quirks that make it pretty aggravating to operate:- Computer will errantly stop connecting to WiFi requiring restart. On average, after around 10-25 hours of being turned on, WiFi just doesn’t work any longer. After restart .. we’re back online.- Computer will begin to slow operating speeds after a similar amount of time being on. However, if the computer is being operated continuously for more than 3 hours (i.e. working, surfing, etc) the operating speed will begin to slow after around 3 hours. This problem also requires restart and, once restarted, the issue is resolved temporarily.Drivers have been updated, OS has been updated, even took it to a computer repair shop to see if they could help .. they could not. I can’t justify throwing another $700 at another laptop after less than 2 years of ownership so .. I’ll get by with my regular restart workarounds until the computer ages a bit more.Mediocre performance from a quality brand name. Find something else.
