Great first scooter!
Great first electric scooter for kids. Very simple to assemble and use. It doesn’t have a throttle, instead the motor gradually kicks in at about 3 mph. This is much safer than a throttle, especially for young kids. It also has two speeds, 6 and 10 mph, so they can go faster when they are more comfortable. The handlebar is adjustable which was important because my six year old granddaughter is a little short. It arrived quickly from Amazon in great shape She really loves hers. Couldn’t be happier. Great choice.

***Update 5/9/25***Below is the original review. But since I wrote that review I was very surprised to receive a message from the customer service of the company. The customer service representative sincerely wanted to know what went wrong with the scooter and help rectify the situation. The person was professional, kind, polite, and caring. There are so many companies on Amazon that often times they don’t care if something is wrong. But this company is different.I eventually was able to get a functioning scooter with a working motor. I originally ordered two and the other one always worked well…it was just one that stopped.Thank you to the customer service rep who reached out and solved this issue. I don’t review much, but felt this updated review was needed. Hope this helps alleviate any doubts about buying from this company.No company is perfect, but now you at least know IF something were to happen, this company will hear you and try to fix it.——————————————————We have had this for less than a year and my daughter only rode it at most maybe 5 times during the late summer/fall season of 2024.Stored it for the winter and recently went to to use it to realize it no longer works. The battery charges and is showing 100% but it doesn’t run at all. A total of 5 uses and already faulty and not working.Spend extra on another brand that has more reliability. If not, it are likely to be like my daughter who is truly disappointed and a parent out of over $100 for nothing.

*update- After spending some time trying to remedy the issue to no avail, my boyfriend reached out to the company to explain the issue. While we still aren’t sure what is ultimately causing the issue, the company has offered to send a replacement. I am super grateful they are willing to help and I will have one happy little boy again!I bought this for my son for his birthday to which he was so excited and said it was the best birthday ever (he has been wanting an electric scooter for a while). He opened it on October 12th and enjoyed riding it that day and part of the next. It is October 14th now and the scooter does absolutely nothing now. You can power it on, but further than that it’s basically just a regular scooter. After TWO days of use. I guess I either got a faulty product or the other reviews are false information. I digress. I would steer clear of this product OR be sure you purchase the additional $22 protection plan. Super disappointed.

It was sturdy and charges easily and fast. The only drawback was that it has a foot break on the back wheel instead of a hand one. No problem for children thiugh

excellent quality scooter , i have bought 2 of this, one 8 months ago and another 4 months ago and my kids 7 and 9 use them everyday. well made and the battery last long rides. one time i was parking and didnt see my son scooter and iaccidentally drove over and the bar bend a little bit so my wife with the hammer fixed to put back straight again and voila it is still good! definitelly a well made scooter. Recommended.
