Why do door and window sensors trigger alarms even when they are disarmed?
This is because “Door/Window Open Warning” is turned on, and can be turned off by the following path: Settings->Switch->Door/Window Open Warning->off
Don’t need a password to disarm?
The keypad lock needs to be opened. The keypad lock on the alarm host is off by default and needs to be opened manually, and the initial password of the system is 6666. Path: Settings ->Switch -> Keyboard Lock ->on
Why is it still possible to disarm without a password after turning on the keypad lock?
Adjust the delay time: Settings->Delay->Delay Alarm, set the time to 0. After the adjustment, when you arm, as soon as the arming delay time is over, the keypad will be locked immediately, and you need a password to unlock it.
How do I differentiate between sensors?
Please rename your sensors on the Smart Life APP according to your actual usage to distinguish them.
Door and window sensors alarm when together, not when apart?
Please delete these door sensors and pair them again.
Pair on alarm host: Please click “”Menu””->””Parts””->”Detector”->”Add”.
Please note:Please be in the closed position before pairing. When pairing, please separate them to activate.

Good System. Easy to Install and Program. The SOS Button works Perfectly. The activation distance is quite good and the sensors are quite accurate.

Look for a longer range product if you have more than 1 story
Very good product by only 2 sensors worked because it has low signal on all products so it doesnât work for my second or third floor. Also canât figure out how to put password .. as soon as alarm goes off anyone can just walk up to it and press disarm .

Good, basic alarm
Let’s start with tempering expectations – this isn’t a professional security alarm for your house. This is a basic, wireless setup that doesn’t require you to string wires throughout your house, so if you’re looking for a basic set, this will fit the bill.Setting up this Wireless Alarm System was surprisingly easy – I appreciate that it really is designed for a DIY installation without any complicated wiring. The fact that it’s a one-time purchase with no monthly fees is a HUGE advantage compared to the pricey systems that require professional installation and a monthly fee for “monitoring”. This is an economical way to add some extra peace of mind. Controlling the system through the app is convenient, and the ability to connect it to Alexa is nice for those who already use voice assistants. Overall, itâs a dependable system for safeguarding a smaller home or apartment and offers a simple way to enhance home security.

Don’t waste your money and time on this Fisher-Price looking product.
Cheaply made product that was not the model advertised – a typical trick used on the Temu website. Cheap-looking display. Found the same item on Temu for less, but of course there’s shipping and a 3 week shipping time. Returned it.

Loud and piercing sound and G4 connectivity – I can use my own SIM card
I received an alarm host, five infrared sensors, ten magnetic sensors for windows or doors, three remote controls with arm, disarm, and SOS buttons, three RFID cards, and one siren. In the box, thereâs also a white USB-C cable, a charger, screws, anchors, and wall holders for mounting the infrared sensors.I use the Smart Life app and connected the alarm host to it. In the app, I can add accessories like the infrared sensors and share the alarm host with others. The host connects to my smartphone through the network, and the accessories pair with the host. When a sensor detects something abnormal, the host sounds an alarm and my phone receives a call or notification. The host uses a 2.4-inch TST display for the control interface. Thereâs a speaker, RFID sensing area, power button, mic, USB port, siren port, and SIM card slot. I inserted the SIM card with the chip facing up and the notch out, then I pressed it in until it clicked. After plugging in the power and turning the unit on, I set the language and date/time from the main menu. The control panel lets me set a keypad lock with a password, which can be adjusted for security. The system and user passwords can be changed from their defaults. I also set up phone and SMS notifications for alarms, so when the alarm triggers, I get a call or text depending on my settings.Wi-Fi setup uses a 2.4 GHz network, and I added the device through the Smart Life app by selecting alarm under sensors. To pair it, I could use either the air link or soft AP configuration. Once paired, I can arm the system from the app or with the remote controls.Pairing accessories is done through the menu by selecting the part, then pressing a button on the remote or placing an RFID card on the sensing area. I added door sensors and infrared detectors by following the prompts. When the door or window sensor is separated, the host alarms. The infrared detector can be set to trigger a panic alarm and works when it senses motion. I also added the siren and tested that it sounds when the main unit alarms. For installation, I fixed the bracket to the wall and hung the host. According to the manual, it’s best to have the infrared sensors installed at a height between 79 and 87 inches with a detection angle of 110 degrees. I avoided placing them near windows or heat vents. The magnetic sensors go on doors or windows, and I can install the SOS button wherever I need for emergencies. On the back of the unit, I see an IMEI number, and the device lists CE and FCC certifications. There’s a contact email on the back of the manual. The included siren is very loud and has a piercing sound. It’s not something I want to hear often but it’s loud enough to grab attention from anybody nearby. I have it right at the front door. I hope it’s also loud enough to scare off burglars and other scary people.

Limited range not intuitive, but still useful
Sensors need more range. Thankfully it barely reaches the doors I want to cover, and gives me a big blaring siren if someone breaks in. It also gives me a notification to my phone via the app. I have not had time to figure out the texting thing. I am not sure I need it at all.Installation is not super easy. Finding a place where it’s out of the way, but close to an outlet is difficult. The cord for the power and the siren are both short, so you’re extremely limited on placement.Getting it set up wasn’t easy either. Instructions are terrible and difficult to understand.I had to remove the sensors already set up on it then set up each one individually. When you name them, they’re not that name on the main unit. They only have that name for you in the app. This was not an intuitive process at first, especially trying to follow the directions they give you.I eventually got it setup, but there is little documentation, so I didn’t know if I could use the infrared sensors with pets or not. It’s also difficult to grasp all of the settings or functions each sensor can be set up for. Some zones will mess up on me when I arm it sometimes. It also disarmed itself while I was sitting here once. I have no idea why it did that, but that is very disheartening. It has not done this since. The RFID tags are cool. I do like that. Same with the remotes. Makes arming and disarming easy peasy. I like that it can be set to home mode, so only outside alarms are active. I like that I get a notification if an area is breached on the app. However, there IS something in there that tries to sell you a plan for SMS text messaging from the system.I have not been away from the home with it armed yet. I don’t know if that app will still send me notification. I would assume it does via the wifi. It is sending to my phone with my phone on my provider’s network, and not connected to wifi. Thus I’m not sure you need to pay for the SMS thing at all. I wouldn’t. I don’t like that they say it’s 100% free no service needed, but then try to sell you a service. Also, with this service, the English is brutally butchered, so it’s hard to read and understand just like the instruction booklet. I don’t think you need it at all.Overall I gave this 3 stars, not because it’s bad, but because it’s just middle of the road. It works, and I do like it. It just has limitations, and can be difficult with very poor instructions. Don’t like the sneaky selling within in the app when they advertise no monthly fee. Instead, if you want to use their SMS service, it’s pay for so many SMS messages and it’s good for 180 days. Then you’ll have to pay again. The last thing I would says is I don’t like how easy it is to just run to the unit, unplug it, then it is useless. Thankfully it sends the notifications fast, but an intruder was to see the unit, which will have the siren very close by, they can just unplug it.It’s a little more peace of mind than having nothing, and it’s not a bad thing for such a cheap price. The alarm is VERY loud and will likely scare off any intruder, and you’ll get a notification so you can have someone check or call authorities. Needs better range. Also, I think they said it sends the signal at 433Mhz. This is in the amatuer radio frequency band and requires a license to transmit on, but there are exceptions for some devices like this with strict power limitations. The system is useful. It will scare the daylights out of anyone who enters unannounced. It will give you a notification you can act on, and thus it will give you some peace of mind. I have cameras, but didn’t want to pay monthly for a security service. This fills that void. I can tell if anyone enters the house, and I can check the cameras if that happens and dispatch a neighbor or authorities. It’s a decent tool, worth the money. Useful in some situations. Plan carefully. The sensors can’t be super far away through too many walls from the base unit.
