Great Lights & Unbelievable Customer Service!!
I’ve strung these lights both over our back patio and threaded them through trees in our backyard, They’re beautiful and solid, and the set up was incredibly easy. The XMCosy app is very simple and intuitive. The lights showed up immediately and — most importantly — linked with Alexa unit more easily than any other device I’ve used. Within a matter a minutes, the setup was complete and with one command to Alexa I could have everything beautifully lit.Unfortunately, a year later, following a severe storm, the patio lights stopped responding. After an unsuccessful attempt to resurrect the lights — and not expecting much — I emailed XMCosy Customer Service to ask if they could suggest a fix. To my surprise, they responded within just a few hours (Just incredible, right?), identifying the problem as the controller. Even better, they offered to send a new one — despite my being long beyond the warranty period. Then — even more amazingly — within just three days I received not only a new controller, but a whole new 72-foot set of lights!!What unbelievable customer service! What more could anyone possible expect? Both the product and these guys are just great!

Remote control on/off from iphone
I was looking for outdoor patio lights for our pergola with remote control and this fit the bill. What I like about these lights is the ability to turn on/off the lights remotely from my iphone. One also has the ability to dim the lights, set on/off to a timer and schedule on/off by day of the week. The remote control from my phone was critical since the lights are installed 8 feet above the ground and most other lights do not have a on/off control switch or the switch is tied to the electrical cord and in my configuration would be too high to reach. An additional benefit is that there is a small clip on each light to assist in hanging the lights. The application set up on the iphone was not difficult, it is similar to pairing a set of bluetooth earbuds. Definitely recommend these light. Warranty return is hassle free as they will replace defective product without requiring returning the defective product with proof of purchase.

XMCosy are a wonderful company to deal with. The bulbs on my original order from 2023 filled with rain-water or condensation almost right away. The bulbs still worked and I couldn’t be bothered to spend the time uninstalling them and send them back. Nearly two years later (2025) the bulbs started to go-out and flicker after maybe 100 hours of use. I contacted XMCosy and they were absolutely great to deal with. They refunded me the original cost and sent me an updated product as a replacement. You cant ask for better customer service than that. The updated bubs are waterproof (at least so far). XMCosy is a company that you can trust to immediately stand behind their product. I HIGHLY recommend XMCosy

Good product, Great customer service
so I ordered the 100ft string lights after looking over all the reviews. Once I received it, I had a bit of an issue connecting to it using my iphone. My husband took over with his Android phone and set it up without a problem, so I don’t know if it was me or the iphone. I also made sure I sealed up all the tiny holes where the wires went into the socket. I used silicon sealer. Then I made sure to put the non waterproof controller inside a waterproof box. So I probably spend 2x as much for these lights after all was said and done. I think the lights are very bright, I even put it down to 1% brightness and that is plenty bright for me. I used the timer function to have it go on and off automatically. Then the storms came. Lots of thunderstorms and intense rain. I looked outside and notice the lights were on and it wasn’t time yet. And they were very bright. I had to wait until the storm passed so I could see what was going on. I opened the waterproof box and it was dry inside, so the controller did not get wet. But my husband checked it out and said the radio function wasn’t working, possibly due to static electricity. So the controller was useless. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement right out. Very good customer service, but the controller definitely needs some improvement. Maybe if it had a three prong plug instead of a two prong plug that would help?? We will see how long the replacement lasts.

These are excellent outdoor lights that add a touch of ambiance to any space. They’re easy to dim or brighten with the XMcosy app and are very durable. I highly recommend these lights.

Great quality set of lights! Bright, smart capabilities(both via the XMCosy+ app and via smart home devices(Alexa and Google Home)). I have another corded set that changes color from this brand as well, and just wish this set had the same thick wiring as the other sets. This one reminds me more of a cord youâd find on a table lamp or other indoor item.This vendor is amazing and has second-to-none customer service. Enjoy your purchase with the comfort of knowing that if youâre not 100% satisfied with the product(which is highly unlikely), they will go above and beyond to make it right.

Meh, good not great.
Good while it lasted, got a little over a year out of them and then just stopped working. Not to mention I question how waterproof they are. Every build has water in them as shown in the pictures. The app is pretty seamless.
