CLEANEST AIR OUR HOME HAS EVER HAD!
I looked and researched air purifiers for a couple weeks after our old one quit performing. I kept coming back to this Shark and bit the bullet and paid the $300 for it. After the first day of running it, I had zero regrets! It works perfectly! We have it in our living room which is off of our kitchen and we keep it on AUTO. When weâre cooking, the Shark will drop from 100 where our air was clean, the fan will kick up a notch or two, depending on how low the numbers went, and it really will clean the cooking orders out! We have allergies and this has helped a lot! We own a home that is over 100yrs old and I used to go around the house dusting all the time and I notice thereâs barely any dust on my furniture. I also notice if I spray Febreze air freshener or fabric refresher that the Shark senses it and will kick on and suck my air freshener out. lol I love Scentsy and their wax melts so when I use the one that is closest to the Shark I will just turn the air purifier off for a while because it will sense it and drop to yellow or even red and kick the fans on and clean the nice smell right out of the living room where I have that one sitting. Not complaining, but sometimes I like to smell my Scentsy! Also, thereâs different speeds that the fan will run on and even on the highest speed itâs not loud at all. My house has never smelled so clean. We have two 70lb boxers and it has helped tremendously with having pets. When Iâm gone for hours and come home, I notice that I donât smell any signs of owning a dog when I walk into the house and my husband said the same thing when he came home from work the first night we owned it. Thereâs a light up ring around the numbers on the front that will be green when itâs clean, turn yellow when itâs getting bad and turn red when itâs really bad. We leave ours on AUTO so we donât have to do anything, the Shark does the air cleaning for us. The never change filter is huge plus! Those filters can be so expensive so itâs nice that we donât have that expense a couple times a year! The only thing that Iâd say would be a âconâ, if you want to call it that, and we honestly donât even care about it, is that air freshener thing on top of the machine. We have never smelled anything come from that and I doubt we will buy new replacement neutralizer cartridges for it. I donât see the point of it. I donât see, or smell rather, where it does anything.I hope I covered everything and my review helped you make a decision on your purchase. Iâm just an ordinary person with pets and an older home that PAID $300 for this machine and did not receive it for free to write a review like others do with stuff. My review is just our honest opinion that I wanted to share because we like it so much. It works GREAT! Better than any air purifier that we have owned in 30yrs. If youâre looking to buy a new air purifier for your home, I highly recommend this Shark! We sat the empty box in the office and thought we would hold on to it for the 30 days that we have to return something to Amazon just in case we didnât like it but we threw it away the first week we used it.

Perfect for our busy home
We have two dogs and three little kids, so clean air is a big deal for me. This purifier has been amazing. You can actually see it working with the display, which is super satisfying. Itâs quiet, not too big, and does a great job, even during the wildfires weâve had recently.It also helps a ton with cooking smells, which is a nice bonus. The best part for me is the 5-year filter! Not having to worry about changing and buying new ones all the time totally sold me. So worth it!

Seems to be doing a great job….
This is 3rd air purifier I’ve purchased, easily the best. I use this primarily for my small bedroom. I love that there are no filters to buy, you can vacuum the pre-filter instead of having to replace the whole inner filter system like a lot of these cheaper models. Which is why they’re initially so cheap. They want to hook you into buying $25 filters 3x a year. At least. And they don’t work well enough to pull the air through the machine in the first place. This unit seems to be making the air in my room better, which is important to be breathing clean air as much as possible while you sleep. I would appreciate it if this came with a remote, but it’s not a deal breaker. Great little unit for smallish spaces, this is by no means meant to be a whole house filtration unit, they have larger more expensive options. This is perfect for small spaces or a bathroom and it’s portable enough to take where you need it.
