This literal worked as soon as I installed it. Alexa recognized it immediately and helped me name it. It was very easy to install and I didn’t have to worry about networks or anything because Alexa made it a smooth process!

I’ll update if this works out in the end. The motion sensor appears to be only for the nightlight. I don’t understand that part. The plugs are on/off or you can put them to work on a clock. The plugs do not seem to react to motion sensing, ie., off when no motion, then on when motion. Seems useless to me, but I will give this a few more days of fiddling to see. So far, I don’t see any motion sensing for whatever is plugged into this. Odd product. Who needs a motion sensing night light? I guess that part is ok, but really?EDIT: had to go from 1 to 3 stars just cuz I felt bad, maybe too harsh? So to recap, motion sensing part is useless for me, don’t need a nightlight. Product does work with Alexa to control the outlets though.

Great idea but Alexa fails to retain a connection
Easy enough to install and setup. Connected with Alexa to turn on and off the device and also set up motion sensor based actions: action to perform when motion is detected and action to perform when no motion is detected. Was very excited to see it all work: voice command to turn on/off and actions to perform when motion is detected and when motion ceases. But later in the day, when I asked Alexa to turn on one of the outlets she was unable to do so claiming the device was not responding. This happened 2 times. Both times unplugging and replying the device into the outlet made it work again.So, while this is a great idea, execution is flawed. Will return and get a new device to see if it works better. So far, value for money is poor.Updated a couple of weeks later. I returned the initial plug and got a replacement but the plug was inconsistent with its connection to Alexa. Sometimes it did not follow the routine, and occasionally turned on unprompted.So, like I was saying: while this is a great idea, execution is flawed.

This plug in was so easy to set up and works wonders! I have it set up for our barn, I have had no issues with the timer or anything else. Would definitely recommend!

Donât get it for the motion sensor
I love the light and its Alexa integration but the motion sensor is worthless. Even at the least sensitive setting it activates 2-3 times an hour in my unoccupied hallway. Will return to see if maybe it works better in another batch.
