I am a live streamer by trade and I have never heard anyone bring up this webcam. It is always Logitech this, Logitech that. I started with a Logitech webcam and it worked fine as a n00b.But then I got this Acer webcam and my life changed forever! It creates such a better image, way clearer, and the colors show up way better than Logitech c920 or whatever version I have.The sound quality is also incredible. I actually prefer to use the webcam mic rather than actual microphones for most streams.I highly recommend this!

Great value camera
High quality camera works well for video calling. The picture quality and colors are good, though it has a difficult time in low lighting. Itâs quite small and the camera swivels 360 degrees on its stand. Clips easily to a monitor and does not cover the screen at all.

NO WINDOWS 11!
I get the webcam and it says in the packet compatible with Windows 7, Windows 10, some other systems – no Windows 11 listed.It keeps disconnecting from Windows 11 – Zoom freezes, Camera freezes, and even if I can get them working – every few seconds it loses connection and reverts to interal webcam, and I have to select the Acer again and again. IE useless and doesn’t function! Returning.Image quality is good, widescreen.

Just Installed this last night and did a Skype Call with my brother, who is in Japan. He was duly impressed with the Mic and Image (he is a Geek, so he would know). Plug and Play and reasonable price. what is not to like? Highly Recommend.

So, there’s no instructions. Just plug in and go is what it says. There’s No on off switch. Doesn’t even light up when plugged in. Is this compatible with Chromebook?I dont think this is a good buyUpdateThank you for the answers. However my Acer Chromebook 315 will not allow this. It reads it but it won’t allow anything from this at all. I went to Skype and tried to use it still not able to find it

Plug-n-play, good A/V quality
Plugged into my Win10 laptop and it was recognized right away. Using it for Zoom, where I need to turn the camera and mic to a different position than just in front of the screen.Video quality is very good – close to what my laptop has. Audio is clear, and picks up conversation 10-15ft away if you point the mic at the speaker.Can be adjusted side-to-side, and top-bottom.Has threads on the bottom so that you can screw it on a typical camera stand.
