First impression, best phone for the $$$
Was leary of some bad reviews but this seller provided what was advertised 100% and the shipping time was within reason and well packaged. About the phone, the absolute BEST one I’ve owned to date and unless it dies soon there simply isn’t anything to compare pricewise. This refurbished phone looked absolutey brand new cosmetically and once I inserted my Verizon SIM card in it the phone did a few firmware and software updates and works flawlessly in every way. Battery charged to 100% and gives a Full day or service with juice left over. Has Dolby Atmos sound and good volume, screen clarity is awesome and overall a great value …. This phone is FAST and easy on the eyes too !!! Only time will tell about longevity but so far I couldn’t be happier with this seller and phone.

Great Phone and Almost as Described
Ordered from Synergy. That is whom I am reviewing. They seemed the most reputable out of the various seller choices that rotate through the listings for this model. (Synergy has a contact phone number for support, and is a real company. They aren’t a street side cell phone shop listing their inventory on Amazon). I’d suggest watching out for which vendor you select to make your purchase.Very happy with this phone. It is in very good condition and it was well worth going for the refurbished model to save a lot of money.The minor negatives are:The Amazon Renewed Guarantee for “Excellent condition” states that:-“The screen and body show no signs of cosmetic damage visible from 12 inches away.” There was a v-shaped scratch on the screen that was noticeable. I can’t see it once I put a glass screen protector on the phone, so I didn’t care about it.-and it states that “This product will have a battery that exceeds 80% capacity relative to new.” I downloaded AccuBattery to test the battery capacity and it was at 83%. Not too bad for a refurbished unit but I was hoping for better than that.Still a good deal for a near perfect phone.

It Wasn’t Unlocked
Here’s what happened:(1) This phone was listed as unlocked from Sprint, so I moved it to Mint Mobile. It came perfectly fine. No scratches or damage.(2) My Mint Mobile ESIM would not acrivate. Talked to customer support and they sent me to Samsung Support because they had no idea what was going on.(3) Samsung Support told me the phone was still locked under Sprint and told me to go to them.(4) I don’t have any of this phone’s original Sprint information due to it being a new device, so I went to Amazon Support.(5) Amazon Support told me that this phone is actually locked under Verizon, but to do a factory reset to double check. I did one, and nothing changed.(6) So I was told this phone was unlocked. It is not. I was also told this phone was previously under Sprint. Apparently, it was not either. I felt lied to twice.(7) I am returning this product.To conclude: While some people easily use these unlocked phones, please double check that they are unlocked ASAP. As soon as you have problems, contact the seller or Amazon support. I wasted so much time and money on this. The phone itself was beautiful and worked fine. I just had so many service issues.

A really nice purchase, but, not as good as the S10 +
I bought the S-20+ for the ability to continue using an external SD chip for additional photo storage and to experience the newer camera system. The phone came in sturdy packaging. The phone looked brand new, without any scratches or damage. It’s a bit different than my previous S10 plus and I was excited to use the multiple camera lenses. Unfortunately, I found the photo quality to be less than its predecessor the S-10 Plus model. My daughter agreed as she made the same purchase, of an S-20+ after owning an S10+ and using her old phone for the camera.I am also experiencing charging issues that other people mentioned in the reviews. I have to use a wireless charger as the corded chargers bring up a slow charging warning.Overall Its a great phone with many useful new features but not a 5 star.

Great phone but screen replacement not good
Phone works great and feels brand new. The phone I received must have been screen replaced. I put a screen protector on but the touch sensitivity is bad even with changing the sensitivity. Also the selfish camera has dust on the inside. If it weren’t for that would of been 5 star.

Samsung s20+ specifically is the best streaming phone I have ever used comparing to the iPhone 12 mini and google pixel 6. U will break it with no case but despite it not being military grade it’s sleek it’s beautiful it’s perfection internally whether it’s the chipset, to the 12 GB of RAM, and the 4500 mah battery with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processorð¥ð¥ð¥ð¥ð¥everything is top spec. Plus to hold the phone as a 130 lbs it fits in hand prefect it’s skinny n sleek n slippery so get a case cuz u don’t wanna drop ur super computer phone. She has a aluminum chassis with gorrila glass 6 and is also waterproof up to 1 meter. Phone is so good I can stream outside on 5g like I’m in my house it’s soo butter smooth and doesn’t over heat at all unless u enter a sauna or volcano in that case get a phone cooler lol ð

El celular llegó impecable, prácticamente nuevo. Solo ligeros detalles en la parte de los “botones de volumen y encendido”. Pero esto es de esperarse en un equipo que no es nuevo. Cualquier funda cubre ese detalle sin tema. Pero en verdad ni se nota.Llegó con cargador genérico, no es carga rápida o por lo menos el teléfono no lo reconoce como carga rápida. Llega en cajita generica, pero todo muy bien protegido. Entrega super rápida, Amazon no decepciona.En cuanto a funcionamiento llevo una semana de uso y nada falla. Gran pantalla, sensor de huella en pantalla funcionando, camara fotográfica excelente. El zoom es x30 e increÃble. El teléfono ya se actualizo a Android 13. La conectivad wifi6 es super rápida y estable. La conectividad 5G a este precio es súper favorable, espero conservar este equipo varios años. Y tienes la posibilidad de agregar una tarjeta micro SD para almacenamiento externo. También está liberado para Mexico, sin problenas de redes. Y tiene la posibilidad de usar “e-sim”. Gran tecnologÃa a un gran precio. Gracias al proveedor !!!Update: Lamentablemente el lector de huella dactilar fallo despues de unas semanas de uso diario. Estoy aplicando el reembolso por devolucion. Es la primera vez que me falla algo “renewed”, espero la garantia de Amazon pueda resolver este problema. En lineas generales, pensaria en volver a comprar este telefono. En verdad se disfruta mucho su uso.

There are three thick faded purple lines on the screen and I can’t draw lines diagonally without them squiggling (I need to rotate the whole canvas so I can draw the lines vertically or horizontally). Everything else seems fine but that’s a deal breaker.

Le téléphone fonctionne bien pour l’instant, il n’a que quelque usure minime sur la coque, le seule problème c’est que le chargeur ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai dû m’en racheté un, $25. C’est pour ça le 4 étoiles. Et la batterie diminue plus vite.
