Very well designed and made
This bracket is a cost effective ($35 after some amazon discounts) and most minimal method for me to add v-mount battery to my Sony FX-30 rig without adding rails or other bulk, and importantly maintain Arca Swiss compatibility with my camera and tripod. I like it a lot.Neewer seems to have a dizzying array of variations of this bracket (PS013, PS014, PS015, PS015 Pro, and PS016). They all have some subtle variations. So it took me some time to learn the differences and pick the right one. I wish they had an easy comparison chart. And I still don’t know what the difference between PS015 and PS016 Pro is. I think there is some subtle variation in the thumb screw and the anti-off pin’s head.I am using a Neewer PS099E 100Wh V-Mount battery and everything clicks and works fine. I noticed a couple of negative reviews for PS015 where the users claimed it didn’t work well with this battery. Perhaps the “Pro” version fixed something? Anyway, all is well in my use.If you are using an Arca compatible tripod and the lever/thumb screw to fasten the camera is towards the back of the camera, you may have to turn it around towards the front of the camera because once this bracket and battery are attached, you can’t easily get under it and operate the tripod’s fastener. Hope that makes sense.I love the swivel feature of the battery mount which allows me to swivel down, open the FX30’s screen and swivel the battery back up. I am also able to tuck a few cables behind the bracket so the camera wires don’t go all over the place.The bracket also offers a nice design feature with a couple of “legs” in the back so the whole rig can be placed on a flat surface without losing balance. It stays flat. Nice!

Supports large batteries and easy to mount
I have two of these and they are simply fantastic for their affordable price. Their good design features a wide range of motion and flexibility making them suitable on many rigs. I have very heavy 150Wh batteries on them and they are very strong and support them in any angle with ease. Their mounting mechanism is especially small and convenient. I never feel I am looking space on my cage to this V mount plate. Simply, buy these they get the job done. In the attached image, you can’t even see the product because it has such a massive battery on it on my Lumix S5II rig!

Must have for your Canon R6 MKII
Just what i needed and cost less than smallrig V mount. Was able to attach a power bank clamp on the center without hitting any obstacles when adjusting. It folds, it extends out.. perfect in my book. Build quality is on point, again great value , works well and easy installation. Hmmmm… sponsor me Neewer lol. Next i need is a V Battery.Â

Solid Product
This thing works great, my only con is that it’s easy to bump and move the angle of the battery since it’s only held in place by one little screw. No big deal in most cases but still something to point out. Easy to put on the camera (or cage in my case) and serves its purpose.

Great battery mount at a better price
Neewer is just a great brand. Their price is always lower than comparable gear. I mounted this to my full frame Sony and it stays on my camera all the time. The hinge function is great to be able to access screen and flip it out. Lots of adjustments for easy setup
