Great Coffee Maker!
I love this thing. A single cup coffee maker is all that is needed in my household but I struggle with Keurig. I do not like using K cups and the accessory filter basket for using your own grounds is frustrating and poor in design. I tried a Hamilton Beach Scoop single cup maker and it did the basic job but the taste of the coffee had no depth, likely from the shallow, flat filter for the grounds that also did not hold enough for my preference of strong, bold coffee.I went on a search for a better single cup maker that had a convenient filter for using your own grounds and would also produce a satisfying, cup of coffee. There are limited consumer options in that market. I decided to take a chance on this one and I am so pleased with it!There are two filters, one for K cups and one for your own grounds. They are easily swapped out and easy to empty and clean. It takes up very little space on the counter and doesn’t look weird. I like that I can use a regular mug or travel one with the height adjustment on the tray and no splash out onto the counter so far when it’s brewing.Most importantly, I can put ample, fresh grounds of my choosing in the filter basket to get a delicious, bold and hot cup of coffee!!! I am a purist with coffee and want plain black coffee with depth of flavor and nothing added but I am picky about taste and strength. I am really enjoying this coffee maker and recommend it.

Didn’t work and bad design
This thing never did actually make coffee. Running water through it one time to resulted in Luke warm splatters that would have been coffee stains. So… I moved the base up to the second position to actually test the coffee… The higher slot for the cup holder is very unstable and sags. The lid is huge, though it was shorter than my Keurig, it wouldn’t fit under the same counter because the lid opens away from you and adds a lot of height when opened. So I pulled it from under the cabinet to add water, which is awkward given the way it opens, if you pour the water from the mug you’re going to use and that mug is big, it is difficult to pour in the water without what leaning the machine backwards. Given all this, I would have made so and kept it but it simply never made any coffee. I sweet it up per the instructions… There’s a little rubber topper on the inside that looked like temporary packing so I pulled that out and tried again… The water just gets luke warm for a few minutes before the machine turns off. Saving 30 bucks from just rebuying the Keurig just want worth it. The Keurig worked fine but after a few years it just didn’t have the pressure and took too long to make a cup so I thought it better to replace it than clean it it again. Shrug emoji

Looks & works great at a very reasonable cost.
I had an old single-cup coffee maker that used K-cups or a reusable pod that you put coffee grounds in. Unfortunately, when I brought it up to my home office, it had ceased working. A new single cup coffee maker by the known brand was cost-prohibitive. I started looking and found this one that takes K-cups or you can put your favorite coffee in a pod provided by Bella. There are several colors available for the coffeemaker and they have other small appliances to coordinate in the various colors. I bought the matte purple. The coffee comes out great. I love that you can move the plate to accommodate a travel mug or a ceramic/plastic mug. If you use a mug, you need to move the plate up. If the mug is on the heavy-side the plate will tilt down a little at the front. I found if you place a K-cup under the front edge of the plate it lifts it to the perfect height so it is level. I am hoping to find something in plastic that is the same height as the K-cup. The coffee tastes great everytime!

Great cup of hot coffee!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:It makes multiple sizes of cups of coffee – up to 14 oz., and uses loose coffee grounds as well as pods. It makes a great cup of hot coffee quickly, I love it! Â The price is right also! Â The most attractive feature is being able to use loose coffee and not have to buy overpriced pods!

Great space saving single cup maker
ooohhhh, I love this little coffee maker. Is it perfect, no. Does it make a good cup of hot coffee- absolutely. I use this when I just want one cup of coffee. I have a different coffeemaking that makes 4-10 cups but found that sometimes I just want one cup. I have bought way to many Keurig’s to be fooled again. This seemed like a great option. I don’t use it all day every day, so I can’t speak to that, but I can say for the occasional cup of coffee, this not only works great and looks great but also is a space saver. Good value as far as I am concerned

Stopped working after a few months. The entire time I had coffee grounds everyday in my coffee. Keep looking…

I had a terrible experience with this product.
This product was great for about 6 months, then it turned off in the middle of the brewing process, made very loud noises, spewed water. I contacted the company ant told them what was happening and sent a video. They told me to cut the cord and send them a picture, which I did. They told me theyâd refund my moneyâ¦â¦.that was on March 7, 2025. Iâve contacted the company twice and nothing!! Needless to say Iâll NEVER purchase another Bella product! Extremely disappointing!

Basic
Very basic machine. Looks good but feels cheap and function is iffy. The water flow stops and stars and drips when done leaving a mess in the drip tray every time. Be sure to run water only a few times before brewing coffee. Strong plastic odors.
