So far, So good!!
I’ve used this item twice and so far it is holding up. I noticed other brands would move or become loose from all the bouncing of the vehicle. This seems to be holding up? The ball joint moves slightly once the phone is on due to the heaviness, but not enough to get upset and toss it in the backseat.

Works Great Without Blocking Visibility
I have a Subaru Crosstrek, and found the best place to mount this was on the air vent to the right of the steering wheel (vs. adhering it to the dashboard). My iPhone 16 fits securely in the holder without inadvertently depressing any of the control buttons, and the quick-release button makes removing the phone a breeze. This placement also allows for easy charging while driving. Iâm very happy with this product and bought one for my husbandâs truck, too. I would definitely recommend this phone holder to others.

Not the Sturdiest, but It Does Work.
I have a Chevy Equinox, 2017. Yes, I have Bluetooth and GPS in my car, but I tend not to use those and just use my phone. Thus, I purchased this. The good things about this are that there are color options, it is adjustable and will hold the phone tightly. I have an android and with the adjustable side panels, it will accommodate most phones (unless it is in some sort of case, then that might not work). It has an opening in the bottom so that if you need to charge your phone, the cord will drop through. It also came with the option to mount it to the car or attach it to the vents.Some assembly was required, and I had no problem doing that. I even watched the video that was shared to ensure I did it right and it was just as easy to do as shown.As for the cons of this little thing, I didnât want to mount it to my car. I wanted to be able to remove it, so I attached it to my vent. There are various knobs to tighten and loosen as needed. I need to keep it very tight or this will jostle around. Once it is attached you cannot adjust it as you are driving. So perhaps drive around the block and make sure it is set up to your liking. Another thing is that my car is small, and I would prefer to have it turned more towards me but, due to space issues, I canât have it that way. And finally, because it is on my vent, it does block the air (hot or cold) coming out of that vent.Overall, this works and per the reviews of this one and other products out there, I chose this one. Iâm glad I did. If you can overlook a few of these minor issues, like me, I have found it was worth the purchase.

Sturdy, strong, but not heat resistant
I have had it for one year. It does exactly as advertised. However, it is not heat resistant. The suction cup melted onto my dash within less than a year, and now it is held on by a goopy mess that I am afraid to mess with. It’s tragic, as even with a aluminum screen, it folded to the heat. It has been an especially hot year, so I do not blame it too much. But unfortunate none the less. I will use it until it falls off! I am not looking forward to the cleaning, if it can be cleaned.
