Great lock, easy installation
As our children grew, coming and going home from school on their own of course keys were lost almost every other week.. I did a bit of research and decided to change the deadbolt from our front door with something that everyone can have their own codes and also to give me the possibility to lock/open the door from an app. I decided to get this one, had some other stuff from this brand in the past and never had a problem. Once I took a look over the installation instructions and got familiar with all the parts, installation was very easy. Took me from start to finish also setting up the app maybe 45-50min. Itâs pretty awesome, you can set up codes, finger prints for all the members, it has a camera also so if someone rings the bell your phone will ring and you can have chat with that person. Connecting it to wifi was easy as well. It is high quality built and it looks really good on the door. We have it on for about 10 days now and didnât encounter any problems. Also to mention that in the package it comes with all the necessary hardware and some templates for different size doors.

TCL Door Lock makes having a front door easier!Our front door wasnât being used as much, due to never having the front door key or not being able to lock it.Now we can quickly lock the front door without having to take a key with us.Pros:- Back up keys- Fingerprint-Pin Unlock- Doubles as a security camera in addition to a door bell- Doubles as a doorbellCons-Installation might be tough if youâre not mechanically inclined and havenât installed door locksOverall, itâs a bit pricey but with all the features it was worth it overall.

Wow, it’s so good
The Security Video Smart Lock is an outstanding product with a brilliant idea of combining a doorbell, camera, and smart lock into one device. The 2K camera provides excellent clarity, the fingerprint keyless entry works flawlessly, and the WiFi remote control makes it so convenient to manage. I also have a surveillance camera from the same company, and itâs fantastic how everything integrates seamlessly into one app. Managing my home security has never been easier. Highly recommend this innovative and reliable solution!

It’s Unique…
So I gave this a 5 star only because I am trying to look at this from someone who isn’t stuck into an ecosystem. From someone who is like me, I do not recommend this. I ended up giving this to my mother and from her point of view she really likes it and it works well for her.The fingerprint works quite well and the passcode is great for whenever the fingerprint can’t be read. The app is delayed even with my fast internet, imagine if you have slower internet. This also comes with a ring box which is really awesome. Overall it works well but due to the app, I removed 1 star.

Convenient, But Full of Flaws
The doorbell camera is okay for the price, but I wouldnât recommend it long-term. The initial setup was a nightmare â connecting it took way longer than it should have. The app is glitchy and unreliable; sometimes it records footage, sometimes it doesnât, which defeats the purpose of having a security camera in the first place.That said, I do appreciate the convenience of being able to enter my house without a key and having a basic camera setup for now. It gets the job done in a minimal way, but Iâll definitely be looking for a better replacement within a year or two

This lock works great. The keyless entry is really convenient and works really well. The camera is nice and clear and I didnât have any problems installing it or setting it up since itâd be a good quality lock.

Itâs basically an electronic lock
I had high hopes but this thing is terrible. It detects no one in spite of being on the shortest time period for scanning the area. When we get in the app it always tells us it canât connect so we canât ever see who is at the door. It gives notifications but when you click on them it just takes you to the home page of the app. Never says what the notification was for exactly, you have to go hunting around. Fingerprint feature works well. Auto lock works well. Doorbell needs to be backlit. No one knows itâs there so they never push it.
