My dog chewed my remote, how can I get a replacement?

I was hopeful this would have been a good purchase but unfortunately it was not. I purchased this on a Prime Deal and it was not worth keeping it. The sound is not good at all. The speaker sounds blown with a rattle with any small bass drop. The volume was low as well and still. I first tested the Bluetooth connection and noticed the bad sound. I then tried the aux cable and it still sounded the same. Lastly I tried the optic cable to see if it was that and still the same poor quality sound. The range for the remote is very short. You have to stand almost infront of it for it to work.Maybe I got a dud and the speakers could be blown but I donât think so. Had to return it next day of receiving it.

Sounds great for the $$$. Best when on a desk or counter.
#1 – don’t use the hangers to hang this from a wall. It vibrates like mad if you do and sounds terrible. There’s foam feet for setting it on a counter – then it sounds good because it’s isolated. I actually have a couple of soundbars by this manufacturer, and they are all – including this one – a great value. I use this as a sound system at small events, like a photo room. It’s not studio quality sound or super-deep bass, still it sounds pretty good. It needs 2 AAA batteries – not included. But it does include the optical and 1/8″ wires. Bluetooth works well, but there’s a slight hummmmm if there’s no audio present – no hummmmm if wired. It’s plug and play, no special tools, etc. needed.
