A smart choice
I bought this outlet extender to replace a previous one Iâd been using that refused to be recognized by either my Alexa or its parent app.This outlet is almost exactly the same in shape and color, so it matches the one I have on the opposite wall, which is nice.I like the set up of the device, because one side works as a normal outlet, so three items can always be operable without having to activate them. In my room, thatâs my recliner, my ECHO device, and one small lamp. I learned, when we had an interruption in internet service, it is inconvenient to have ALL your lights dependent on smart technology!The three smart outlets are great for things you might want to control without actually having to walk around to press switches or buttons. In my case, thatâs my main floor lamp, so I donât have to walk into a dark room, and my TV, that I can turn off from the doorway on my way out.The set up of the device was pretty simple, and the instructions included in the box were easy to follow. You will need to install an app unless you already have a GoSund device app.I am pleased with this smart outlet and would definitely recommend it.

Nice unit works well but…
1 star off as this tends to pull out of the wall if you use two or more outlets with a heavier chord. I have my iphone 16 changer, headset, (two of them full and earbuds) plugged into it and it has pulled away from the wall once or twice. To be fair I have a puppy who tries to get at the chords so have to block it off but she may be knocking into it. It does work great to get everything off the floor compared to floor surge protectors. This kind you have to reset after each surge, I have another one like this also ikd why some behave like this. We live on an island where electricity goes out (power surges) often, like with storms, hurricanes so I have all major anything imp on surge protectors. So far this is a great help, love the design so great to get all those chords off the floor so to speak. Push of a button connects again. I is good quality and the perfect size. Also offers C charging on the top very convenient feature I would not do without. Ok I will give this five stars 🙂

Even though I donât use this with the Smart Home system, I really like it. Itâs a handy size, and it has a surge protector. Â Fits nicely on or next to a desk or other work surface

Great Smart Power Strip â Just Wish the Cord Was Longer
This smart power strip has been a great addition to my home setup. The voice control works seamlessly with Alexa (after first downloading the GHome app), and once connected, it was smooth sailing. Setup was pretty straightforward, and I had it running with Alexa in just a few minutes. I just hate having so much space taken up by various apps that only address one device just to get it to work with Alexa.I really like the ability to control each of the 3 outlets individually and the 3 USB ports together. The scheduling and timer features are super handyâI use them for things like aquarium lights and a fan, and it definitely helps with energy efficiency. I also love that you can manually or voice command to turn on or off either the whole unit or specific outlets. Talk about game changer.My only real complaint outside the separate app thing is that the cord length isnât very long, and there are no extended cord options offered. It would be nice to have a version with a longer cord for more flexibility, especially if your outlets arenât right next to where you need it.Overall, itâs a reliable, compact, and useful smart power strip. If they ever offer longer cord versions and didn’t require a separate app to work with a smart device, itâd be a solid 5 stars from me.

Please don’t buy this unit this is a fire waiting to happen has multiple plugs out but only one plug into your wall that most likely has a double plug but it only has one plug if you have a double plug on your wall it only has one plug You’re going to have a fire Don’t buy this buy something better I mean with the has two plugs for multiple plugs at least please save yourself a lot of problems save yourself your family from a nightmare I say this with my heart
