Very lightweight and great price
Great laptop for the price. The only downside is that when I have it on my lap, it does start to heat up after a while until the fan kicks on. Its also a touchscreen which is fun. The laptop is very lightweight and not bulky like my previous one so it’s alot easier to carry around.

Not a good buy!
Activated Windows and the speed was awesome. This lasted for about 10 minutes. Then I got the blue screen of death. Reset the PC. Styed on-line for about 4 minutes. Crashed again. I assume this occurred because it is a renewed laptop vice new.

Very happy purchase
I purchased this HP laptop for home photo and video editing.The 7530U processor and 32GB memory and are power enough to do my work.The 1TB SSD is also big enough to storage my work.The 17-inch display is spacious and bright, making it a pleasure to use for long periods.The most surprising thing is the laptop condition, I wonât be able to tell it is renewed if the seller did not state it. It looks like new, performs like new, absolutely no sign of use ( as photo shows).

Not actually a new unopened computer. Know what you are buying!
Not really a new machine. Computer was “upgraded” by being opened and having parts replaced. Did not have full warranty, and likely had no manufacturer warranty due to the replaced parts. Would probably work fine but I can’t speak to the quality of the replacement parts. Returned it and just bought an actually new computer. Paid more but was worth the piece of mind that poor parts weren’t installed.
