GOOD QUALITY AND VERY BEAUTIFUL. WORTH BUYING.
The order came in a very timely manner. The package arrived along with another item I bought from another seller. Packages arrive at the same time and both had some wet spots on it (possibly oil). But when I inspected the box for this chair, it is well packed and all items have plastic seals and bags. So it was intact and clean. Everything was labelled correctly and they even have a cute little tool (tiny and cute screwdiver).The assembly is easy. At first I thought there were no instructions and I am missing items. But when I started opening all the bags, intending to “figure it out”, I found the instruction sheet in the back of the seat piece. AND ITIS VERY CLEAR. Short, clear and precise. I started from the bottom and worked my way up. Total time: 2 hours and 40 mins. This is because at the end of it, attaching the arm rest and back piece, I realized I mis-understood the manual. It said the other way around. So I had to un-screw it and switch it.The only thing I have to mention is when you start putting the back and arm pieces, lean it on another chair if you are alone. It will fall if you do not have anyone with you. It is heavy and it won’t hold in place if you do not either lean it on a chair or table OR if you do not lay the whoe thing down.In terms of quality, as I assembled it, it was the little things. The metal work is a bit mushy BUT, the metal is thick. It is sturdy enough to serve it’s purpose. The arm rest has some small scratches on the insides and by the parts where you put your nails and screws in (right round the hole areas and eyon) it. BUT, You won’t see it and specifically look for it when you sit here, right? It is unnoticable if you do not specifically look and put your hands in smooth test for it. The leather stitching is a little too tight when I inspected it though, as if the fabric was extended a little too much. But it is okay after everything was assembled. It was just perfect and soft looking afterwards. Just do not pull the fabric or rub on it.The seat and cushion though are SO SOFT AND COMFORTABLE! The chair itself was the perfect size for me. I am 4’11 and 122 lbs. It is firm and cushy for me. The back support was very “pocky” for my neck and spine. After working for an hour or so my back, neck and spine gets intense and I lean back to a very pocky chair that eases my neck and back of my shoulders. The spin is stable too and the roll is easy and smooth, even with my 2″ carpet.But I always recommend everyone to wipe the whole thing up. Just to make sure the leather and the whole chair itself is clean. I think this will last a long time for me. :DIt is pretty. It is comfortable. And it serves it’s purpose. I think for the price I got it for, IT IS 100% SATISFACTORY.

We ordered these for our office for a conference room. Super comfy. Good value. Quality material. Able to be adjusted to reasonable heights. Easy to put together. We put together 14 of these within a few hours.

Works Good, but Wears Down Fast
Before I got this chair, I was using a old foldable chair. It did the job, it just wasn’t comfortable. So I bought this, and it’s good. It does the job, and does it well. It’s comfortable and overall a good chair.However, I have a couple complaints. First the fabric. The fabric especially on the armrests keep peeling off, and I’m not sure why. Then, the little pieces that go on the armrests keep falling off, so I always have to pick them up and put them back. Then finally, the recliner lever. It’s always loose. What I mean is, when the chair isn’t in the reclining position, the lever will sometimes just pop out, making it go into the recliner position.Overall, it’s not a bad chair and it works good, it just doesn’t last for a very long time.

Nice Chair, 2 person assembly recommended
This chair is so heavy, well built and comfortable. I tried to do it myself but had to get my daughter to help, the arms must be assembled at the correct angle so it takes 2 people to stabalize it….once assembled the chair is amazing. I have a back injury and the chair relieved alot of pain. I highly recommend it but again I suggest having 2 people

LOVE BUT FABRIC DOESN’T LAST LONG–MAYBE IT’S ME…
I’ve had this chair for a year, now, I do use it every day for long periods. Now the seat is showing the springs and the fabric is coming apart, so there isn’t that much cushion. It’s very stylish and the rest of the chair isn’t coming apart. A bit tricky for me to get it into lay back position, but once it is, it is very nice to lay back in. Overall satisfied but I will have to do some repair on the seat.

Incredibly Poor Quality
UPDATE: After having this chair a few months the cylinder mount (where the cylinder connects to the tilt mechanism) has broken. What a cheap piece of Chinese junk. Seriously, who allows this kind of garbage to be sold? I had to replace the bottom wheel star (where the castors mount and then connect to the cylinder) TWICE! I had to replace the cheap plastic wheels TWICE! And now this. Garbage. A waste of money. Wish I could push a button and remove this seller and everything they sell from Amazon.UPDATE : I contacted the seller who sent a new base and wheels. That was nice of them. Unfortunately 10 days after getting it the EXACT same thing happened again. I have ordered an aftermarket base with the caster wheel sockets cast into it instead cheap spot welds. I will never purchase anything from NeoChair ever again. Fail level 10.————————————————————————————————————————————–This is a rewrite of my original review since I thought the issue was the plastic used for the wheels. This chair arrived yesterday. I put it together, sat down to try it out, and as soon as I tried to roll to my computer (< 2 feet total distance) I heard a "snap" and the entire chair leaned to the side. Turns out the wheel had broken off. If you look at the pictures I have provided you will see the base is "hollow" and cheap. The sockets where the casters snap in are just small metal parts with _very_ weak spot welds holding them in place. All other chairs (I have several in my office) I find have solid bases with holes for the casters to insert into. The seller has offered me a refund which I am going to take. It's not about that. It's about the hassle and disappointment of ordering a product, being glad when it arrives, having it turn out to be trash, and having to send it all back to get a refund. Unbelievable. I cannot understand how anyone would have such disregard and disrespect for us, the customers, to sell such cheap and flimsy trash knowing the entire time a lot of them will break due to excessively poor/low quality construction. I love Amazon - I purchase almost everything here. But this seller, and their "product", are what gives online purchasing a bad reputation.
