Perfect solution for an elderly person
I love the simplicity of set up. I cannot use my left hand very well due to a stroke, so the magnetic clasp is very nice. The battery life could be improved. It lasted a couple of days in the beginning and now I have to charge it every day. The watchband is metal/mesh and irridescent so the color seems to change with whatever you are wearing. It is very attractive and has plenty of menu options for the face. I am giving it 4 stars due to battery life, otherwise, it is a perfect solution for an elderly person that needs to be able to call out in an emergency.

The QR code on the enclosed card wouldn’t go to its site. So, no way to set the watch (had to go to YouTube to find a video that told me of the “Da Fit” app just to set the time). So, more work trying to find videos on how to use the various apps. Buggers. AND, if they want to sell on AMAZON in the U.S., then they should figure a way for the user to change the temperature reading from Celsius to Fahrenheit…Because of these shortcomings, I would not buy this watch again.

Firstly ordered this watch and when opened the crown is discoloured and loose. Went on a lot of struggle to get a replacement For about one week and after getting the 2nd piece it was in the same condition.Checkpoints : Crown discoloured and loose the fire boltt name in cross on the belt.Check images and video to understandAmazon: I donât know how to proceed further with problem, give a resolution for this issue.Thanks to Amazon team and fire boltt team for solving my issueThe watch was returned and the fire boltt customer support also got in touch and explained Properly what was the issue and cleared it.Overall the watch for this price range is very good and battery is also lasts for 3-4 days easily.This has a premium finish so itâs looks a costly watch.
