Best thermostat on the market
We love the nest. ItΓ’ΒΒs easy for us to lock in our rentals to keep the temperature at a good amount without it being abused. ItΓ’ΒΒs also very handy for automating time when thereΓ’ΒΒs no one at the rental or when there is a freeze gonna happen and we want to make sure that itΓ’ΒΒs plenty of warm at night. We love the User friendliness and the quality of the nest. Not all nest products are made equal. This one in particular is the best. Some of them are difficult and fluky to use. We like the dial that rotates around the outside this is our favorite version by far you wonΓ’ΒΒt be disappointed.

Easy to install; works flawlessly
Would recommend this product. The only minor issue was it uses micro usb to charge and no cable on box. I was luckily able to get a cable from game section of Best Buy under $10. Not sure if I ever need to recharge. Uses Nest phone app and can set temp remotely from phone. Easy to use and will pay for itself in lower electrical bills. Glad I purchased.

Beautiful design, needs improved software
Works well but keeps going into Eco mode and shutting off because it thinks I’m not home. A feature that should be a useful money saver has to be disabled.

This thing is amazing!!
After a rigorous hindus debacle, I have finally ordered the correct thermostat compatible with my HVAC system. No need to have on tech or a pro HVAC. Install this thermostat. I had this thing up and running in about 15 minutes. Very sleek. Lovely design. And trust me, I tried three different ones before I found this one. If you have a four-wire setup you definitely want a 3rd gen or higher.Stay away from the nest e model you truly need a pro to install. I lucked out and found more wiring which turned out to be my c wire or common wire. But with this puppy you don’t even need that. I have pretty much a Google home if you will. This is just the perfect addition for it. Not to mention it’s going to save money in the long run and pay for itself. Very very happy with this product. We’ll see how long it lasts. Couple months. I’ll give you an update.

The best thermostat
I am not disappointed in anyway with this thermostat. This thing looks amazing and is super energy efficient. My bill dropped at least $50 because my heating and air is not running constantly when it doesnΓ’ΒΒt have to. I highly recommend everyone to buy this.

Definitely Worth the Investment!
Very easy to install after you download the app and follow the step-by-step instructions on your phone, and itΓ’ΒΒs working fantastically! The other night I felt a little chilly and instead of having to go downstairs in the cold to turn the heat up, I reached for my phone on the nightstand. Loved that! Now I have to figure out how to link it to Alexa. ItΓ’ΒΒs already starting to pay for itself because BGE will be sending us a $100 gift card because we signed up for the energy efficiency program they have with Nest. Worth the investment!
