excellent exercise equipment
I use these bands to exercise on days when I am not at Pilates. The bands are nice and strong and give me a good stretch. I did not use the extra attachment to hook the bands to a door. I would stay away from that. There are a lot of different ways to use these bands. I take my lead from Pilates but I bet there are instructional youtube videos. For the cost and the amount of space they take, they are excellent exercise equipment.

Iâve only had these a week but I like them so far. Easy to use on a door and take down. Weâll see how long the rubber lasts as my last pair broke. The ball on the anchor works well. I didnât have that on my last pair, I had it tied around my door handle, which didnât end well.

I have ordered the 10, 20, & 30lb. The 10 was way too light and the rope was too long. It didn’t feel sturdy so I returned it. But I LOVE the 20 & 30lb. I use them all the time! They are perfect for what I needed. They are much tighter and shorter rope than the 10lb. And they hold my weight. I use the 20lb for my upper body and the 30lb for my lower body.
