Well worth the price
I have a family member that hasn’t had a computer in years. I thought I’d buy her this to keep her entertained. It arrived in a very secure box that looked perfect and as new/although it is a referb. Upon opening everything was perfect! If there were any “issues” cosmetically we sure did not see them. Everything seemed to be as new and perfect! Very professionally packaged. I bought this because EVERYONE uses “Chrome” and it is self updating. It arrived, we set it up. have a “mac” and I was unsure of the speed and quality of this machine. After set up/which wasn’t hard/I tested this computer and was amazed at the screen quality and sound. I opened several tabs while playing an online movie and everything worked perfectly! This has very limited memory and RAM. However My cousin uses this for surfing the web,watching movies,facebook,ect…and everything works flawlessly! She doesn’t use this for editing photo’s or storing pictures, so the size of the memory does not affect her. If you are looking to get online and browse, have fun, watch online movies, this is perfect! The 90 day return warranty backed by Amazon is what sold me, and the overall impression of this laptop is what made me leave this review. As I read others reviews/as I am writing this/of the “mouse-track pad issue- for a few bucks you can add a wireless mouse. The overall quality of this is awesome!!

I love my Chromebook!
OMG my old chromebook died! I realized that I use it WAY more than my desktop computer – read that as ALL DAY LONG! I use it for work, for contacting friends, for using recipes when I cook, for literally everything! So when it bit the dust, I was in a panic as to what to do. Along came this HP which is almost identical to my old one. I LOVE it. The price was right, comes with the charging cable, lasts a long time with a full charge. It does not have a touch screen which is OK with me, and best of all, if I ever have to replace it, all my info is already stored in Chrome, and I can just pick up where I left off. LOVE it to pieces! Great product, would absolutely endorse it for sure.

Doesn’t work but a few weeks Don’t waste money
This is bout the sadest piece of anything I’ve ever purchased. First off this laptop came with wrong charger didn’t work. 2 weeks later , the screens starts glitch and than now it’s black screen making noise. You all should be a shame selling faulty products and taking money from people who need devices for business purposes. Who has 150 to throw away. Would never recommend this store ever. Whoever wrote a good review got lucky or just hadn’t reported there change in how it works! So upset rite now!

Great for the price
I purchased this as I needed a light simple laptop to take with me when I travel. I didnt need anything super fast or high dollar as I use my custom built desktop for that. I ordered this knowing it was able to be returned. I was surprised and very happy with what I got. Package was well packed. Simple. Laptop and charging cable. I charged it for a few hours and setup was a breeze. Computer is nice, light, and works well. The chrome OS is a little harder to setup and get where you want but its something you can GOOGLE!!If there is ANYTHING I can gripe about it is this. The keyboard is in lower case and I doint like that. Thats it!!

Llegó muy bien empaquetada por sus caracterÃsticas es un Chromebook muy bien optimizado, además de que estéticamente es muy bonito, elegante y súper delgado, en la descripción indica trae un procesador Celeron pero revisándola tiene un pentium N5030 de 4 núcleos y con sus 4gb de ram funciona perfectamente para ofimática, multimedia, videojuegos, etc, puedes editar tus documentos en Googledocs u office lo único es que en la descripción dice con teclado Retroiluminado y no es asi, tiene wifi 5 y 2.4, Bluetooth, el teclado viene sin la ñ pero no es problema solo usas Alt+n en teclado us extendido para no perder la configuración un equipo que vale al cien por lo que pagas y aunque es renovado viene con una estética y funcionalidad de nuevo y con actualizaciones hasta junio del 2026, considero puedes hacer un poco más con este portátil pasando del usuario promedio, totalmente recomendable para trabajos de oficina, escuela y videojuegos. Excelente compra!!!

Es muy bonita, practica y comoda, además que por su precio no le pide a otras.El unico pero es que soy maestra y uso word y power point, etc. Y con esta conpu me ha costado trabajar en drive y en las aplicaciones similares a la paqueteria windos porque no son iguales y aveces estan limitadas.
