great product
nicely made product that works well. has sufficient available outlets for most applications. easy to read status display including error indicator led. arrived partially charged and completed to full charge quickly. read the manual to insure frustration free operations. a 10yr battery is a plus and makes annual amortization of the cost very affordable. would definitely recommend

Better than my older ones, and a small light form factor
Above average UPS, lightning fast. Bought to keep the computers and wifi working during the weekly generator tests. Works perfect, keeps the gear up.

The product itself is great, just know 600W is max you can use ever.
Seems to be a good price, everything is working. The issue I have here is it will not let you use more than 600W even on wall power. I have some devices that have a high initial current draw and then only need ~200W. I can not use it for that.Tried it on a 3D printer with a mains powered bed, same deal. That uses about 800W for 3 minutes, then very little after that to maintain. Will not work, it shuts down after only a few seconds of peak usage, even when not on battery power.

Must have!
I purchased this unit to support a computer and peripheral devices. The item arrived on time and well packed. The battery backup unit was easy to install and works fantastic. We tested the function of the device by disconnecting, there was no interference. Printer and scanner had power, on interruption for over four hours.I highly recommend this until.

Great UPS highly recommend
This is a great UPS, we are a small IT company that sells and installs UPS’s among other things. This product is built very well has performed very well for us so far, the price is very good also as the battery will last 10 years versus the usual 3-5 years for a sealed lead acid.

There has to be better out there
Summary: Minus one star because it does not turn off the way the instructions say (more difficult/annoying). Minus one start because it often gets an error code and has to be unpluged/replugged at start-up. Minus one star because of the unresponsive / non-existent customer support. Otherwise it works fine when it’s on and is quiet.Details: I had a Cyber Power from Costco that functioned perfectly well (that is it turned on and off as simply as you’d expect) but the battery had deteriorated rapidly and would only last a few seconds when the power went out. This was after just a few years. I bought this one out of the hope/promise that the battery would last longer. But this UPS isn’t ready for prime-time. I turn my UPS off every night and on every morning, and so the problems with this product are very annoying. I don’t know why there can’t just be a simple button or switch for power? Instead, they have this janky loose button. The instructions say “Press and hold the switch button for 5 [seconds], and the LCD display will turn off. Then release the switch, and the shutdown process is complete.” This is NOT TRUE. You have to first hit the button once to get the LCD display to turn on; sometimes this takes a couple times. THEN, you can hold for five seconds for the power down. Power on generally works as described (hold the switch for three seconds)–except you very often get a U55 error, which indicates “product overload protection” despite the fact that I have this thing way under-utilized. When this happens it will power everything on for a few seconds and then crash them. You have to unplug the UPS and replug and then it works fine. All of this is super annoying to have to deal with every night and morning. I unfortunately can’t speak to the longevity of the power supply because I haven’t had a substantial need yet. I really only needed this to function for 30 seconds inbetween power outage and backup generator kicking in, which it has worked for. Lastly I will note that I contacted their customer service before I figured out the trick to get the thing to power off (after struggling with it for many many nights). I got a response from someone that stated “my after-sales colleague will contact you”–but I never heard from anyone. I would go with a more established/reputable brand if you can find the features you want. Good luckAPRIL 2025 UPDATE: Unfortunately, I have dropped this from two stars to one. Today, for the first time, I actually needed this thing to work and it failed. The power to our house went out for a second–AND SO DID ALL MY DEVICES HOOKED TO THIS UPS. The whole point of this thing is to keep your devices from crashing when the power goes out. Unfortunately, my computer and my monitors were affected the same as any other electronics in the house as if they weren’t even on a UPS. I should remind folks that the U in UPS stands for “Uninterruptible”, so… so much for that.

Reliable Power When You Need It Most
I bought this UPS battery backup to protect my networking gear and PC, and itâs already saved me a few times during power blips and outages. Setup was easy, and it gives me enough time to safely shut things down or ride out short outages without any interruptions. It runs quiet, has plenty of outlets, and the peace of mind it gives is honestly worth every penny. If you work from home, game, or just want to keep your internet running during storms, this is a solid investment. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I looked at a bunch of different UPS options, but I chose this one because it had the right balance of power capacity, number of outlets, and price. Some others either didnât have enough backup time or felt overpriced for what they offered. This one had great reviews, a solid reputation for reliability, and supported everything I neededâmodem, router, switch, and my PCâwithout struggling. It just checked all the boxes without overcomplicating things.

Nice UPS
Got this UPS to use with my new computer build and it’s peripherals. I like that it comes with the newer LiFePO4 Batteries, as they are rated to last longer (advertised as 10 years), and are suppose to be safer. Pugged in, and it works great. Displays input / output levels, and Battery charge status. Plenty of outputs (8). And is it a bit small and lighter than I expected, but I guess this is due to the newer generation batteries, allowing for smaller lighter design. Couldn’t be happier with this UPS for my work station. There is not a communication port for a software link between UPS and Computer, but not a problem for me, as I don’t leave my computer on when I am not present. Gives me the power backup I need. Good purchase.
