Like the functionality. Bought a second unit
So far the unit has worked flawlessly. I like that it uses lithium ion batteries instead of lead acid, so itâs compact, lighter, and should have a long maintenance free life.The aesthetics of it are much nicer than my previous UPS and I especially like that it has 10 outlets and they are ALL battery backed up, unlike my other units where only about half are battery backed up.Like the display that shows power in and power out, when the button is pressed and the ability to silence the beeping when the power goes out and the unit is running.Very satisfied so far. Bought a second unit.

Does everything right except no power fail USB port
This is an amazing unit! It has everything I need except for a power fail USB signal port to automatically shut down computers. It is lightweight and compact. It has 8 power sockets on the back – all UPS protected which makes it easier to use than units with mixed types. When you connect it to the mains, it starts charging immediately. To switch the output AC on, push the front switch on for three seconds. To switch off, push for 5 seconds. This off-time is long enough that it doesn’t get switched off by my roomba, as the power switch is at the bottom at the front.The unit contains an LFP or LiFEPO4 battery bank – good for three thousand full discharge cycles, so it could easily outlast its 5 year warranty – even if you have a fully draining power cut every day!Once the supply cuts out and its running on battery backup, the unit beeps every 5 seconds. While in backup, if you quickly push the front button, it stops beeping for the remainder of the current outage, but will start beeping again on the next outage. This is exactly the behavior I want. The beep is short and loud enough to hear in most rooms, but not annoying.The battery is nominally 25.6V and 9Ah at full charge, so around 220Wh total capacity.With AC output on, the unit consumes about 8-10 watts, so with no load, its run time is about:220 / (10 + output_watts), so for example, it should last 22 hours with no load (output_watts=0), and about one hour with output_watts=210. After several years it should still work, just with slightly reduced capacity, so no sudden capacity reduction with age – unlike lead acid.

I actually love this product. I bought two works great but I wish it had a wireless way to check status. It saved me with a recent power outage with a lot of expensive equiptment and gave me plenty of time to get things offline. I just wish I could get a way to notify me if the grid power was down, check battery level, and not have to use the display that takes a few seconds before it shows anything especially when dealing with an urgent situation. I would still buy again and I wish they had a larger model. But please make a new version so I can have it linked into my home automation!

Power for security
Only a week into using it so far. Purchased due to SCE policy of removing power at random due to winds, and people hitting poles. Came with a good charge on it. Instructions were easy to read and understand. Purposely tested a few features and did a mock power outage, everything worked as described.Using to power the network and security system and it will run for many hours with that light load. Quiet, even with the mock power outage it ran decently quiet (beeping not counted which I turned off during the test). I like it so far.

Work great, easy to setup, good runtime.
I got several of these for my home office, to replace some older traditional style UPS units. Across the units I own, I run a NAS, several computers, monitors, network gear, WIFI PoE, etc. They handle the workload like a champ and I’m hoping the long battery life will mean this is the last time I buy a UPS or replacement batteries in a good while. Very easy to use and setup, nice readout display with status, I’m a fan. This is my first time using lithium UPS batteries. Runtime is as expected and reasonably good.

Stopped my Xbox from tripping my breaker
I got this because my Xbox Series X kept flipping my breaker (this fixed it). After 30+ hours of lost game play, I did bunch of research and landed on this one due to its large battery, high output (VA), and pure sine wave (see bottom for sine wave details). After plugging in my entire home theater (85â TV, sound bar, Xbox, Nintendo, AppleTV, WiFi router, light strip, fan, & antenna) I turned everything on and unplugged the UPS. Nothing turned off, hummed, or changed in any way. After testing a few more times, my TV occasionally power cycled, but none of the other devices tuned off. The TVâs normal power cycle takes 10 – 15 seconds and these were 3 – 5 seconds. It could be a sensitive surge protection fail safe?In the off chance someone is reading this with a similar Xbox / breaker issue – this UPS is an actual fix, not a bandaid. I only intended it to let me save my game after a tripped breaker, but the breaker doesnât trip when the Xbox is plugged into it.Sine Wave Details: Pure sine waves deliver the exact power needed continuously. Modified sine waves change their output periodically. ChatGPT / Reddit said pure sine waves are only necessary for sensitive equipment (scientific / medical). A deeper dive suggested itâs preferred for tech (computers / TVs) because some devices will make a humming noise. However, none of this is applicable until a power failure and the UPS takes over.
