Reliable quality, worth buying!
Very practical, the large screen is comfortable for watching videos and working, and the picture quality is exquisite. I was a little skeptical purchasing a laptop with iffy reviews but so glad I took the chance. Right out of the box it was easy to set up with all my info and fingerprint protection. Surfing the web is fast. I love having the number pad on the side for functionality. Overall good value. Oh and hello its pink!

Genuinely Donât Buy This
Itâs not worth the money on the off chance of you getting a good version of this computer. With how many people return this, it should be a sign. Amazon will also tell you AFTER you buy that it is âfrequently returnedâ. Wish theyâd say that on the front page.The main issues are the laptop runs way too hot. The laptop is pretty smooth however if you try to download anything, and i mean anything, itâll take a year. I have great internet, something is just genuinely wrong with the disc drive and itâs not worth the extra money iâd have to put in to fix that problem. Itâs better to spurge a little on a name brand laptop then buy this garbage thatâs not gunna last a year. My 12 year old HP laptop runs better than this and it has malware on it.Speed slow, especially on browserRuns too hotDisc driver not installed properlyCharging cable way too shortIâm sure there were more issues i didnât discover, I immediately returned it.

Frustrating finger pad
I have had this laptop for a couple of months and so far it work well.Pros: quick start, fingerprint works well, lightweight, quick charging and the battery last 2-3 hours if you have the lighted keyboard on all the time and are typing a lot. i love the lighted keyboard.Cons: the finger pad is sluggish at times and too fast sometimes. while I am scrolling across the screen it triggers opening whatever is in the path without clicking, it opens things you don’t mean to open. the screen is either too bright or too dim there is no in between. the sound is really bad, it sounds terrible if you like listening to music or watching a movie. Lets hope this laptop will last a while but so far am ok with it especially since the price was affordable. Update: after 3 months use, the fingerprint touch does not work anymore. stopped working in April
