A nice 17″ laptop for the price!
I was looking for a light, 17″ laptop for a good price. This product fits the bill! It is light, thin, 17″ and a nice buy. I wouldn’t dare try any gaming on it, but it is great for one of my older clients who needs a big screen. It runs good, it is fairly fast, I would say overall a good buy. My only observation is the power supply. It is small and not the best quality, so I have to wonder how long it will last. I would recommend that if you are going to buy this, contact the seller for the specs and get a second power supply to be on the safe side. No problems as of yet.

Battery doesn’t charge while being plugged in
The laptop doesn’t charge while being plugged in. The battery runs off in 30 minutes and doesn’t recharge.

No replacement battery that I can find.
Thinking about buying this laptop STOP there’s something you need to know. I purchased this 10 months ago. The battery died after 8 months but here’s the kicker, you can not find a replacement battery. I searched the internet with no luck. I then took it to my computer guy and he confirmed the battery was indeed dead. He then informed me that he could not find a replacement battery anywhere. I have contacted the seller and am waiting to see if they will provide any help. I will update when and if that happens. But just know if you purchase a laptop with a brand name that isn’t a name, you get what you get. I will say other than the battery the computer has worked fine.UPDATE: Contacted the seller only to find that this laptop does not have a battery that can be replaced. The battery is built in and apparently once it goes your done. I will say that the laptop will still work if plugged into an outlet. But this seems to negate what one buys a laptop for namely portability.
