Q：Why does the sound still seem very low even when both the audio source and sound bar are turned up to maximum volume?
A：Please first check whether the sound source has volume protection set. You need to disable the volume protection function to reach the maximum volume.

1, For Optical (SPDIF) connection, please change your TV audio output to optical or external speaker, change the audio format setting to PCM and make sure the protective caps at the ends of the optical cable are removed before plugging it in.
2, Sound bars for TV does not support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable Dolby and DTS on your TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube, and other streaming video apps.
3, The USB interface of the sound bar is only suitable for playing audio from the U disk and updating the firmware, cannot supply power to the sound bar. The AUX port cannot be used as a headphone jack.

Surprising Good Sounsdbar
This is a surprisingly Good Soundbar. It’s not for an audiophile, be substantially improves audio performance on a low or median priced smart tv. Using the eArc connection it can be controlled for volume and muting with the tv remote. Setup was easy, but download the instructions and follow the procedure for your tv brand.It substantially improves voice recognition. I have it set on the movie setting. It has voice and music settings the must be controlled with the speaker remote. I just leave it on movie setting for a good compromise for any tv proramming. It is a bit smaller than many soundbars. It has 2 mid/high range speakers and 1 bass speaker that gives decent response. At less than $50, it’s a heck of a bargain.

Good value for the money
This speaker was easy to install & sync up with my TV. The sound is decent & remote works well. Once in awhile it gets buzzy& then just need to reposition the wires.

Does not work with my roku tv or roku streaming device.
I bought this to use in my bedroom with my roku tv. I can only get it to work with roku through the roku remote with private listening (from my phone or tablet) Iâve watched so many videos on the set up. Changed settings. Tried with my other tv (not roku – has a roku steaming device) I have tried the other connection options as well. The optical cord, black & red cord that was a direct connect to my tv which Those do not work either. I do like the sound quality when I can use it that is. Itâs a nice size for a small room or living room. I was able to place it on the top of my headboard (itâs light, not bulky) I wanted to use Velcro wall attachment for it to be on the wall, behind our bed. (If I would work that is) frustrating that the main reason I got the speaker was to use with my tv now I am having to use my phone as a connectionâ¦ughUpdate:8/17/22I changed the rating from 3/5 stars to 5/5 stars. PRODUCT review 0!!! big time was like throwing money out my window . this thing sort of? worled for a month, on and off, then crapped right out. they have no warranty info on the page, and when i googled the company, they SAY 100% customer satisfaction, thats bologna! i sent them an email asking for a refund cuz i think the thing is garbage so why replace it, OF COURSE, they ignored me so now we go to plan B!

Very Simple and effective
Is this the best soundbar on the market ? No but itâs not trying to be . It supports Bluetooth which is a plus and also optical cable . Itâs small and has mid range loudness . It is better than most T.V . Speakers and itâs compact . The only issue is the sound settings doesnât have a movie setting. Itâs perfect for what Iâm using it for .
