Fortunately, customer service acted swiftly, ensuring we were back up and running with minimal downtime.The camera provides outstanding video quality, making it perfect for our training room setup. Positioned just above the TV, it covers the entire 20’ x 30’ space effortlessly, ensuring all participants are visible. The microphone’s range is equally impressive, picking up voices from the farthest corners of the room without distortion or delay. Good product. Has lagging issues.
I love the fact that this webcam is wireless. I can move it anywhere in the room and the wireless transmitter can also move from our stationary desktop or a guest presenter’s laptop. The wireless speaker is also excellent. It can pick up speaker’s audio anywhere in our 1600 sqft training facility.One down side I have started experiencing since last week is the lag time for transmitting video. This was not a problem when we first setup and started using it. We did not change any settings. Will contact manufacturer for support and see if the lagging issues can be resolved. The lagging issue is very noticeable. It’s 2-3 seconds behind the actual scene.
