2 opener buttons!!!
I couldn’t find this information anywhere. I have a detached garage, when I’m just using the garage for a car, I come and go through the garage door. That is where I installed the button that came with the opener. I really wanted one by the man door too but the old button would not work (pre 2.0 yellow program button). Could not find anything about the opener supporting more then one button. Turns out for me they do. The new opener came with the single button opener (well 2 if u count the small side light button). The most simple button that is offered. I wanted this opener mostly for changing the light on time. 4.5 minutes was a very long time with a 150 led wall pack that lights up everything. I do like the time and temp, wish they were both on vs cycling. I would venture a guess and say there’s a limit on openers buttons lamp turn on things remote key pads ect. What ever that limit is would probably be the number of these you can add. Also theres a ton of little features packed into this thing. Sounds like you will never need to press that yellow button on the opener again… Note, that’s not the final location. Just testing here, and of course you can see they are just paralleled together. And yes that is a light installed on the garage door. Total pain in the a**. But worth it, half of my lights were covered when the garage door was open. That took care of it.

Love This Unit!!!
This opener has many convenient features. It interacts with an app which tracks every opening and closing of the garage door. I’ve turned off that feature as I’m home watching it happen. I will reactivate it when I travel. I bought it for the hold-door-open feature not offered with my newly-purchased garage door opener companion. It has motion sensing which activates the opener’s light at any movement as well as showing the current garage temperature on the LCD screen. I highly recommend this model!

Excellent Upgrade from the plain Control that comes with the opener.
Motion detection is good – lights come on when we enter the garage from inside the house, even though the opener is off to the side. Time to Close is an excellent function built into the Control button – I used to have to install a separate Garage Butler device to make sure the door would close if left open – that is my main reason for purchasing this version of Control.
