EDIT/UPDATE: I have had this bike for 3 months and it has been a lifesaver! I initially bought this bike for my son, but my car broke down and I live in a rural area. It is a flat ride to town. I have used it to go grocery shopping, post office runs, and even Dr visits! Town is 3.5 km from my house. The energy bar never went below 5 bars (full charge). It easily reaches 20MPH and is a very comfortable ride. I have carried a week’s worth of food home in the cargo baskets easily. I get many complements when people see me with it in town. Besides unexpectedly turning into our 2nd vehicle…this is the most fun I have had in years! I LOVE THIS BIKE! The best purchase I have made in a long time and I sincerely recommend it to you!I purchased the A4 Gentry model in black. I ordered this e-bike from a remote location where delivery is very difficult to obtain. The seller reached out immediately and worked with me on a complicated shipping issue to ensure I was able to receive the bike.The bike is of high-quality and comes with some unique features that are noteworthy. 1) it comes with metal/aluminum fenders (not plastic, unlike most bikes of this class). 2) it has an adjustable kickstand for convenient use on different terrains. 3) it has cruise control so that you can maintain a consistent speed (NO CHANGING FIXED PEDAL ASSIST TO SLOW DOWN OR SPEED UP!) 4) you have the option to pedal or go fully on the throttle. 5) you are not forced to pedal along if you are full throttle (this e-bike is NOT a fixie!) 6) this e-bike has a sleek glossy painted surface (not matte finish) giving it a pleasing appearance and making it easier to clean. And, 7) the battery is easily removed for security and is small/lightweight so it is easy to carry if you must leave it outside.In short, this bike is perfect for commuting and picking up groceries or even larger items. It has a powerful motor and a high cargo capacity for its class. My son is 6′ tall, 200 lbs and the bike carries him with comfort and ease. An option you might wish to consider is replacing the seat with a larger, more padded seat depending on your usage. Our bike stays on paved roads, so this was not an issue for us. This bike is a lifesaver for short commutes and comes highly recommended.

All parts came but I wish I could give a 4.5
Assembly was not super difficult and all yhe parts came. I have not used it yet, but I can not wait. Update: Tried it 1x and found it not terribly easy to sit on or carry for someone my size of 5ft. Call me crazy but I would like to be able to comfortably place my feet on the ground when the bike is still. I did talk to someone about returning after use and while I was told the return would cost 15%, I was offered a discount and advised to keep the bike. When I did decide to return the item, the return took a long time to figure out, was a little stressful, had to pay a restocking fee, and the discount was taken back. Having to pay to return was something I have not had to do before. The day the bike was supposed to be picked up for delivery the pickup was canceled for some reason, which I did not find out until I called the posting service when they did not pick it up. I am not sure who canceled, but it was another bump in the return process that was already a headache. The bike was not defective based on the 1x I rode it, but the return process and having to pay to return was not ideal, which is why I wish I could give a 4.5 rating.
