Good laptop
I picked up the ACEMAGIC 2025 AX16PRO mostly for work and light gaming, and honestly, itâs way better than I expected at this price point. The build feels solid, the display is crisp and bright, and the AMD Ryzen 7 5700U chip makes everything run smooth as butter. Iâve been running multiple Chrome tabs, editing some light video, streaming, and even playing a few graphics-heavy titlesâand it hasnât slowed down once.One moment that really made me a fan: I brought the laptop to a friendâs place to help him set up some design files for his business. We ended up working side by side on our laptops, and he kept glancing over at mine. He finally asked, âWait, how is your laptop loading faster than mine?â He was using a way more expensive brand. I just laughed and said, âItâs the chip and the SSD, man.â For something thatâs not considered a top-tier name brand, this thing really holds its own.The 16.1â screen is awesomeâbigger than most laptops Iâve used, and the visuals are super sharp. The backlit keyboard has a nice feel to it too, especially when Iâm working late. And the Wi-Fi 6 support? Chefâs kiss. It connects quickly and holds a strong signal even in rooms where my older laptop struggled.Storage and speed-wise, the 16GB RAM and 512GB NVMe SSD combo is more than enough for my daily use. And knowing I can upgrade it down the line is a nice bonus. Decent Laptop, be sure to read for all details of note!
I got the laptop and the specs were correct as listed, I updated the drivers and used sysreqlabs.com to make sure. The laptop is nice for the price except for the battery being shorter than advertised. One thing that really bothers me is that this laptop is advertised as a “2025 gaming laptop” and it definitely is not. Youre not going to be playing anything that came out in 2025 except indie games with low reqs. I played boderlands pre sequel (2015, medium settings and it runs fine), FF12 Zodaic age remaster (2017, low settings or it gets really choppy), and fortnite(also low settings or it gets unplayable). So, I give 4 stars because of the short battery life if not plugged in, its advertised to be better than that, and they said “2025 gaming laptop” which is intentionally tricky phrasing. This SHOULD be a 3 star review due to misleading advertising but amazon will probably try to hide it if I dont give at least 4 and that is an entirely separate issue, do better amazon!! That aside, browsing is fast, make sure to update the drivers thru amd website using chrome because edge wont let you for some reason.

Why do box stores cost so much
No where in store would I be able to find this configuration for this price point. $500 for a device in store with Estorage is crazy. The laptop it self is that of a modern one. Quick, snappy, fast. The AMD RADEON graphics is really a feat of engineering. While being a intergrated graphics Iâve been able to play games like Minecraft, fall guys, sims without any issues and emulators run super effectively. If youâre looking for a budget option thatâs kinda work and play route this set up totally works for that. Side note for travelers because I love this in any laptop has an ac charger as well as a usbc port that work for charging aswell so great to keep low on cable management.

Been a solid machine
I’m using it to write this review. It exceeds the reliability I got from Dell laptops. For low cost machines, Dell had terrible hinges and keyboards. Just opening and closing the Dell required warranty service once, and later failed again the same way (plastic shell splits opens at hinges).This machine uses a similar USB-C power plug from a wall wart. Not super quality, but it hasn’t failed. The HDD, WiFi, USB, screen and other hardware have been trouble free.The Windows 11 installation is fine, not too much bloatware to remove, just your basic Microsoft product pushes that you can purge with glee.The rubber foot strips glued on the bottom fail over time, don’t know any laptop that hasn’t done that.For the cost, the performance has been excellent and will certainly consider another similar product in the future.
