Great value. Runs fast.
Great laptop. The 16GB of RAM and i7 processor really make this a great laptop – very fast. So far, the battery life seems to be very good and the heating issue I noticed in the previous model (2021) is not apparent. The lighted keyboard is very helpful. Display quality is superb!

Overheating and File Explorer crashes consatntly
Very disappointing, Acer is a good company and I was looking forward to using my new laptop, but it is overheating on a flat surface with good ventilation. Additionally, File Explorer is crashing and hanging constantly. I needed this for my business, but I don’t have time to debug a brand new computer.

Great All-Around Performer, Crisp Graphics, Slim/Light â Great For Travel
Getting this laptop up and running was a bit of a headache. The Windows downloader kept freezing halfway through, which made for a pretty frustrating experience. And donât even get me started on the Microsoft account setupâit was hands down the most annoying process Iâve ever dealt with. Those seat matchup and audio CAPTCHA puzzles? Total nightmares.But once I got past all that, Iâve gotta say, this laptop really impressed me. Itâs got such a clean, subtle look and feels solidânot flimsy or cheap. The setup was super intuitive, and everything runs really smooth. I tried juggling a bunch of programs at once, and it handled them like a champ. Even when I tested a few flash games, they ran just fine, though to be fair, those donât really push the CPU all that much.All in all, this laptop feels like itâs made to travelâslim, lightweight, and comfy to carry around. Itâs perfect for regular use, especially if youâre not running anything too demanding. Definitely a solid, easy-to-use machine for everyday tasks. 4-stars for me!

HORRIBLE keyboard
This machine is HORRIBLE. If you rely on keyboard shortcuts for your productivity or work, DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. This is an absolutely USELESS keyboard for common navigation shortcuts, rendering the laptop nearly useless to me! I am so very upset with this machine!
