Nice and easy transition
I had my computer man set it up. It is so much faster and I love the bigger screen. So far, everything seems to work fine although I haven’t figured out to activate the touch screen. Not even a helpful hints guide with the product. I guess that is normal these days, answer the question with a google search. I’m showing my age. Delivery was prompt and well communicated.

I was so impressed with how easy it was to set up. It even transferred my bookmarks from my old computer without me even prompting it. What I didn’t like about it was setting up the mouse and keyboard. The directions were not very clear to me where to put the chip for them in my computer. Other than that I would highly recommend this computer.

Acer C27 1700 Review
My prior all-in-one desktop computer was ten to twelve years old and was very slow with frequent buffering. This new desktop commuter is fast and efficient. The picture is beautiful, with no obvious pixelation. The sound is fine. There is NO touchscreen. Setup was easy after I finally found my PIN number for my router. I am very, very happy with this purchase and the price for this product was reasonable.

Efficient and Versatile All-in-One Computer
This computer is highly efficient and operates smoothly, making it an excellent choice for work purposes. The camera quality is decent, but not exceptional. However, you can easily solve this by using an external webcam. Additionally, I have an external microphone for video calls.I really like the screen! It has a matte finish and is larger than I expected, although that was my mistake for not checking the dimensions. The advantage of it being an all-in-one (AIO) computer is that it takes up less space compared to traditional PCs.It’s important to consider that many of the negative reviews were written by individuals who aren’t very knowledgeable about technology. One common complaint was about fan noise, but honestly, it’s not too bothersome. It sounds like a normal computer running. If it does bother you, you can use noise-canceling earplugs or consider getting an Acer laptop instead. If fan noise is a big issue for you, it’s possible that this AIO computer may not be the best fit for your needs, and you might want to explore other computer options.Another problem mentioned was audio quality and issues with Spotify. In one review, the person only mentioned a problem with Spotify not playing audio, but they didn’t realize that the issue was with Spotify itself and not the computer. Additionally, the speaker quality is not the best. I’ve had an Acer Swift Laptop for a couple of years, and its speaker is much better than the one on this computer. My old PC finally went out so I had to get a new one. This ACER looked like a good one so I bought it. So far it’s working fine for me, but I miss some of the features my old computer had but I will add some things back as soon as possible. Still it’s a good PC.

Worst Computer Ever
The keyboard doesn’t have tilt up legs; it lays flat. I put a small, thin book under it so all the keys are visible. Weird choice, Acer. My Excel program has turned to junk. The computer’s fan is loud, all day, all night. Although ACER has sold me – they no longer do. Also: it continually shuts off and can only be started after unplugging. Check the return window. This thing had a ONE month window.

Not sure on this one yet
I have had this PC 8 days and in that time I have lost the intel WIFI and the screen acts as if someone is shaking it at times and you can not read anything when it does it. I have to reboot to stop it. Amazon is replacing it over night. I do like how fast it is and the monitor is very nice. To bad something inside is making the screen vibrate at times. I spent 2 days setting it up and now I have to do it all over again. I have had Acer PC’s in the past all have been very good. I hope this is just a fluke and my next one doesn’t do this. Will update after I get the next one and see how it does. Amazon is to be commended for being so fast to replace it.

Beautiful product abd amazingly fast.
Love the speed. 16GB of Ram makes a big difference. 512 GB SSD will hold lots of programs and data. Images are perfect. One minor quibble: only 2 USB ports, but in spite of that, I’d definitely buy it again.
