Good little speaker.
Great little speaker for the money could go just maybe a little bit louder but all in all a great buy. Holds a charge for a long time. Played it for a four hour round of golf and it was still at 90%

Electric Scooter Perfect !!!
After Doing lots of homework for a Bluetooth speaker that would be perfect in a vertical position on an electric scooter this fit the application perfectly !!!. It offers a thread in mount and clamp for a handle bar mounting or for my vertical preference a nice Amazon water bottle holder just seemed to provide a better cradle option and seems more secure and also provides easy in and out for charging. The sound is not disappointing at all and the ports on ends actually produce Audible bass !!!. Controls are easily accessible and volume up/down also double as track forward/reverse when held momentarily. The lights are wonderful for effects and also safety for night riding. So far used for 4 hours at a moderate volume level and have not recharged yet. Unit is completely sealed so all around perfect for outdoors. So far havenât seen anything else that fits this application perfectly !!!.

Love Altec Lansing products
Very durable speaker what is easy to connect to any bluetooth device. The sound is clear and precise, you can hear every instrument clearly and volume can go quite loud. No boomy bass, no distortion. Love that it is waterproof because I have it in the shower. Always loved the Altec Lansing brand for portable/computer speakers and this is no exception. Will purchase another one so I can link the two for stereo imaging.

easy to use, fairly decent sound
easy to use, fairly decent sound – linked to 10 total speakers for a large venue. A multi-speaker setup works better than using a single PA system and blasting it out to people, when the venue is extremely cavernous!

Volume and mounting on motorcycle
At max volume on a motorcycle with windshield works well up to 55-60 miles per hour. Over that speed itâs harder to hear the music. Wish it had a more higher volume. Mounting it on my motorcycle in the middle of the handlebars was not going to work. The long black thumb nuts for mounting bracket are too long. Not enough space between the handlebars and the steering tripod. Had to modify. Actually Home Depot had same mounting screws and I purchased wing nuts. My suggestion is to provide thumb nuts much shorter. 1/4 – 1/2 the length than the ones provided. But for the cost at 43.00 you canât expect to sound like a Bose lol I canât complain. The product is good but if you want louder sound for a motorcycle I hope this feedback helps.

Not Impressed
I had high hopes for this speaker, since Altec Lansing historically has a good reputation. Not this time! Setup was tedious and laborious. The sound quality isn’t much better than an ancient tin can AM/FM radio (buzzing and rattling) and I have constant pairing issues. Don’t waste your money on this piece of crap.

Great sound as expected
I am very impressed with sound from this speaker but am not surprised since itâs from Altec Lansing. Since itâs all-weather itâs perfect for carrying around the house, taking to the beach or attaching to my bike or boat. Donât buy some no-name speaker that sounds cheap. AL is known for quality speakers and this is no exception.
