The other review is totally right there is no customer service whatsoever. If it defective Amazon ask you to contact the company and the company tech support ask you to contactAmazon. No one is taking care of the customer. I am returning the speaker.

Bad Product and Even Worse Customer Service
This speaker was working great for the first few months but then the battery stopped working. It can not hold a charge through cable or wireless charging. Now it is a pretty looking brick in my house. I had contacted both Amazon and Kreafunk to get a replacement as it falls under the 1 year warranty and neither have been able to help or get the issue resolved. Amazon keeps sending me to Kreafunk. Kreafunk responded to my first email but after I sent them my information to get a replacement they have ghosted me. I have sent many follow up emails and nothing. Poor customer service.I had high hopes for this product but unfortunately it is a piece of junk and so is the customer service. I do not recommend buying this speaker regardless of how cute it looks.EDIT: They have finally reached out and will be sending a replacement. I will update again once I receive it.
