Is the MagGo charger compatible with Android phones and can a phone case affect charging?
This charger is designed exclusively for iPhone 12 and later models that support magnetic wireless charging. Use Apple’s official magnetic phone cases and avoid using cases thicker than 2.5 mm and non-magnetic cases, as they may affect charging.
Does the MagGo charging station come with a USB-C wall charger?
Please note that a USB-C wall charger is not included. For the best charging experience, we recommend using a 30W or higher USB-C wall charger for optimal charging speed.
Is the product safe to use when it gets warm/hot?
It is normal for the device to get warm during charging, especially when used intensively for activities like gaming or streaming. This warming complies with EN 62368-1 and IEC 62368-1 safety standards, ensuring safe usage.
Can an earbuds protective case affect wireless charging?
Charging with a protective case may cause the indicator light to flash and prevent charging; remove the case and place earbuds within the physical charging area to ensure proper charging.
What do the indicator lights mean?
When powered on without any devices connected, both lights will turn on simultaneously and then turn off after 3-4 seconds. During charging, the indicators will stay on; left for phone, right for earphones.

Works fine with Samsung Fold 7 and Magsafe case. Low profile and looks great
This is a perfect bedside charger. I use it on a new Samsung Fold 7 with an add on magnet to the case.It does not support the Samsung super fast charging which requires 25 watts. However, the 15 watts does give fast charging and does the job.It also charges my Sony XM5 buds and two white lights in the base confirm the products are connected.I don’t have a smart watch and as such don’t want or need the platform for a watch.This one is streamlined and low profile.I didn’t get a charger as I have multiple chargers that do the trick.So, low profile, works great, charges the Samsung phone and Sony Earbuds.

Iâve been using this Anker MagGo charging stand for about 5 weeks, and Iâm really impressed. It makes charging my iPhone and AirPods way easier and cleaner.Setup was simple â just plug it in and drop your phone on the stand. The magnetic connection is strong, so it holds my phone in place even with a case on. I like that I can keep the phone upright while it charges â perfect for checking notifications or watching videos.There’s a little charging pad at the base too, which works great for my AirPods. No need to juggle two cords anymore â this does both in one shot.Charging is fast. My iPhone charges just as quickly as it would with Appleâs MagSafe charger. But this stand looks nicer on my desk and takes up less space.A couple things to know:Youâll need your own USB-C wall charger (I used my 30W one and it worked fine).The dark base shows dust easily, so I wipe it down every now and then.Overall, I love it. Clean look, reliable charging, and fewer cords. If you use an iPhone and AirPods, this is an easy upgrade.

I bought this Qi2 charger to replace a quite old 9W wireless charging pad, for use with my iPhone 13 Pro (and soon, iPhone 17 Pro.) While this new iPhone model is slated to support up to 25W charging speed, I made the executive decision that 15W is enough for me — I don’t mind a slower charge, especially if it means less stress on the battery via heat generation.On that note, I was surprised by how cool my phone was to the touch after using this charger. Despite my old charger having a fan built into it to “help dissipate heat,” my phone was always warm after removing it. This charger, despite being nearly twice as powerful, doesn’t seem to generate much heat at all.Other things to note: the packaging is good, the product is sturdy with a good weight to it, the magnetic connection is strong, and the adjustability is great: I was expecting “45 degree slant or nothing” based on the product images, but the charging pad’s angle is smoothly adjustable between 0 and 45 degrees.Not a single bad thing to say about this product! A great choice that didn’t break the bank.

Beautiful design and super strong magnet! I really appreciate that the stand is adjustable since most of these chargers are fixed but this one is perfect for my desk at charging both my iPhone 16 and AirPod 4s. I always read through the poor reviews of a product before purchasing and while I think some people did receive dead units, it seems a lot was user error so here’s some advice if you can’t get the device working:1. Make sure that your phone case is MagSafe as it says on the listing, it also only works for the iPhone 12 series and higher (including the iPhone 16, the box isn’t updated but it works with mine fine). Additionally, the bottom part will only charge AirPods with the wireless charging case (any AirPods but the standard first gens, the pro 1 and 2 both work).2. It does not come with the wall charger, I’m assuming a lot of the reviews complaining about that were before they added it to the title but yes, it does not come with a wall adapter. It requires a USB-C wall adapter 18w or higher which was listed on the manual. I do wish this manual was included in the box however it is only available on the website via QR code which may be why people aren’t seeing the requirements.3. If it’s blinking you aren’t receiving enough power to charge. I’m using the Apple 20w USB-C adapter as well as Apple’s cable (because it looks nicer) however the cable it came with still works. I see a recommendation for a 30w but I have no issues with the 20w. I do recommend sticking to Apple or Anker for the adapter as they’re much more reliable. It is a good practice to not buy cheap adapters as they can significantly lower your phone’s battery health. Anker sells a 2 pack of the 20w adapters for $15 and its worth upgrading all your charging to USB-C if you haven’t as it has been the standard the past few years.4. Wireless charging is always gonna be slower and hotter than cable charging, that’s how it is even with the official Apple chargers. I tend to use wireless charging for when I’m not actively using my phone such as charging it at my desk or nightstand as it can make the phone get warm. While you can use the phone while on the stand, I don’t usually recommend doing anything power heavy like playing games or watching videos.

Finally got around to upgrading my desk setup with a proper MagSafe charging stand. I picked this one mainly for the added stability and the extra pad for AirPods, and Iâm glad I did. Compared to the older version with the rotating head but no charging base, this one feels sturdier and more balanced thanks to the added weight in the stand. It has a more premium presence on the desk.The MagSafe angle doesnât rotate like the other model, but the up-and-down tilt works great for finding a better viewing angle. The hinge feels tight and secure, like itâs meant to hold the phone in place without any wobble.I went with the version that includes the 40W adapter and thatâs definitely worth having. I canât measure the exact wattage, but judging by how quickly the iPhoneâs charging indicator kicks into high gear, itâs doing its job. It also looks clean and modern, with just the right amount of lighting from the status LEDs.Honestly thinking I shouldâve grabbed a second one for my work desk too, but I donât really need the extra device charger over there. Still, this one ticks all the boxes for home use.

Works really well and looks great on my desk – and a much more economical option than a lot of others that i’ve seen online that have a similar aesthetic. Charges my iPhone 14 Pro Max quickly, even with a case. I love having the iPhone in Standby mode so i can keep an eye on notifications while i work.
