Great Replacement and Excellent Condition
At first, I received a unit with minor screen issues, but the seller quickly replaced it with one in excellent condition. I’m genuinely impressedâit’s hard to believe this is a 2018 model! The battery is in normal health and holds a charge for a long time. The laptop has no noticeable scratches or dents, just an extremely tiny mark that’s barely visible. The only minor flaw is that some keyboard letters (like ‘A’, ‘S’, ‘E’, etc.) are slightly faded, but all keys function perfectly. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and truly hope it continues to work well and lasts a long time.

Revised review. I bought the computer 5/10, it is now 7/22 and the computer is completely dead. I bought the insurance butI have to go through Asurion through Amazon and it has been one big runaround. I would not buy a computer from Amazon in general and this seller specifically.Revised review. The seller stepped up and did the right thing. He reimbursed me for the new cord. The computer itself looks brand new and works wonderfully. I would still recommend buying a charging cord setup simply because the reviews seem to have charger issues as a common theme. It will save you the frustration when the computer arrives.I got the computer and it was completely dead so I put it on the charger and nothing happened. Rather than just send it back, I decided to take it to the asurian store since there’s one very near our home. It turned out that the computer was fine, but that the cord was not it was bent up the little connection. Things inside were all bent and broken thankfully, the charging block work as well. It was just a cord so the seller owes me $32 for the new cord I had to buy. if the seller comes through and does the right thing and pays me back for the cord, I had to buy then I’ll come back and readjust this review otherwise buyer beware I’d highly recommend if you bought one of his computers you just go out and buy your own charging cord and block ahead of time and have it ready because according to the majority of these reviews, we all get crappy cords

Excellent repeat customer
I ordered 2 so far and one came from Atlanta the other Las Vegas. ATL was the 2.2ghz 256gb and it basically (excellent) conditioning with brand new battery. 2 months later the Vegas 2.6ghz 1tb was perfect condition with a used battery. As a technician this is better than expected for the price. I already ordered batteries for both for future use but no intention of installing soon. If you’re uncomfortable working on these that’s your problem. That’s how batteries go they get old used or not.

Do your research before buying an intel mac
The laptop looks great and work without a hitch so far, but it’s just been a couple of days.The specs said it was an i9 2.9Ghz but I got a 2.4 one instead. On the other hand I was supposed to get a 2TB drive but got a 4TB one instead. I am ok with that trade-off.The battery is healthy and the charger works. It’s thin, lightweight but as you may know, that thing runs hot on demanding tasks like video editing and audio production. The Butterfly keyboard design is also annoying, but that is an Apple design and has nothing to do with the seller. The laptop arrived ahead of time. The only reason I am taking a star out is the packaging. It was bubble-wrapped in a single layer and put is a fedEx box where that thing was just bouncing around. Luckily, the laptop was unscathed. There are a few scratches on the lid opening and the screen seems to “stick” when it’s closed. I hear a velcro-ish sound every time I open the lid.Other than that, it still is a fast machine that works great so far.Do your research before buying an intel mac as these things have their issues from the manufacturer. Be sure you know the pros and cons and that support for these models will end this year.

NO ADMINISTRATIVE PASSWORD with my purchase of this laptop! Rendering it USELESS to me!
I purchased this laptop for $741.99 on September 14, 2022. It sat in a drawer for 2 1/2 years as itâs locked to Clover Health LLC and I received no Administrative Password to do anything with this laptop. It is locked to where I canât use it. I am very disappointed with this purchase. My first and last purchase of a refurbished item. The seller has not responded to my contacting Amazon. Buy at your own risk! I even stated on the phone with Apple in February for hours resetting the whole laptop. We wiped the hard drive clean and reset! Still the laptop is useless and locked to company mentioned above.

Me llego en caja generica y con cargador genérico, pero el equipo esta impecable! solo tenia un pequeño golpe en una orilla que casi ni se ve, ya olvide que ahi esta, es muy minimini ese golpe, pero encantado con la Touch Bar, me ayuda mucho a mi trabajo, a escribir, el sonido es increÃble, y la pantalla igual. Recomiendo el producto, es rapido y cómodo, no pesa mucho
