OPTIMISED FOR STATIC PRESSURE: During the development of the new P12 PWM PST, special emphasis was placed on a focused airstream and thus a high static pressure
200 TO 1800 RPM REGULATED VIA PWM PST: Thanks to 4-pin connector, the RPM can be regulated in a broad spectrum via PWM, noise is kept at minimum while maximum cooling performance is given when needed
MORE EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGY: The motor is powered by a Neodym-Iron-Boron-Magnet ring of the newest generation, which allows the new P12 PWM PST to run much more efficiently than its predecessors
EXTENDED LIFE SPAN: A 10 °C lower motor temperature roughly doubles the life span of a fan, the new ARCTIC motor has a four times longer service life through its low coil temperature
TECHNICAL DATA: 5 Pack, Fan speed: 200–1800 rpm (0 rpm <5 %), Airflow: 56.30 cfm | 95.65 m³/h, Noise Level: 0.3 Sone, Static pressure: 2.20 mmH₂O, Pin: 4-pin
Customers say
Customers find these fans extremely quiet and appreciate their value for money, with one mentioning they’re good replacements for OEM case fans. The fans effectively manage temperatures, with one customer noting their i7 8700K idles at room temperature, while another reports a 5C drop in CPU thermals. They move lots of air and are easy to install, with one customer highlighting the BIOS and software control options. While the build quality receives mixed reviews, with some customers reporting broken units, the fans perform well across the speed range, reaching up to 3300 rpm.

Great Fans
So many pros:Quiet, easy to install, such good airflow, keeps things cool, love the black color and no RGBThese fit perfectly in my FLP01 case and I would absolutely recommend Arctic to anyone looking for quality cooling on a budget.

Incredibly Quiet – Exactly What I Wanted
I’m not going to pretend these are the best fans out there, but these are definitely the best fans I’ve personally used, and for the price, I honestly can’t imagine any other fans doing better.I’ve been using the stock fans in my case and on my AIO watercooling block from the beginning in a Thermaltake case decked out for silence above all else. It certainly wasn’t silent, but it was quiet enough that I didn’t want to waste money buying something that might not potentially be quieter anyway. That is, until one of the motors in one of my fans started going out, making a constant high-pitched chirping sound that cut through all background noise despite not being all that loud.Anyway, after a bit of research (and not wanting to spend $30 on each individual fan to get the “best”), I found these, and I absolutely could not be happier. Now my computer is quieter than the fan in my router. The loudest thing in my case is now my AIO pump. I don’t like to use superlatives like “silent”, since no fan in motion IS, but I can no longer tell if my computer is even on from fan noise. This is as close to silent as I have ever experienced and could EVER possibly need.Pros:-PWM ramps up or down based on need-Unbelievably quiet (literally – I didn’t believe they were spinning at first)-Fantastic price for a 5-pack-Each fan has a daisy-chain connection to add more PWM fans to each motherboard header (although the other fans just mimic the primary’s speed)-Good static pressure (push/pull config keeps my AIO at least as cool as before and makes less noise at full power than the old ones did idling)Cons:-Max speed isn’t too high, so you’re trading a bit less noise for a bit less cooling – Minor, since my CPU never cracked 70 in a handbrake encode on years-old thermal paste. Still, with a bit more speed, these could be both quiet and powerhousesOverall:I am beyond pleased with this purchase, and cannot believe I waited this long to make the switch. I was even able to turn off my sound card’s noise reduction while voice chatting with friends (they thought I got a better mic, haha). I’m still using one old 3-pin fan in my case since I needed 6, but I’m fine with that running at full blast since it cools the HDD cage.If you’re still using stock fans, have a few PWM headers on your motherboard, and enjoy silence, it’s definitely worth trying these fans out. For less than the price of a single top-end NH fan, a 5-pack of these things does an undeniably stellar job.

Best bang for the buck
Arctic is by far one of my favorite computer fan and cooler companies. Their stuff is well made and does a fantastic job. The best part, it’s also not stupidly expensive. I have purchased Arctic 5 packs multiple times and they have lasted me a long time. They move tons of air and cool incredibly without too much noise. If you’re like me and don’t care for tons of LED these are for you.

Astonishly quiet for the price
These are not technically quiet fans, but they are so quiet. I barely hear them even when they are ramping up halfway and when they do it is a low mellow drroning sound which is very easy to deal with. Basically like brown noise and not white noise. They move a ton of air and are pretty much always silent and are quite well made. The only drawback I see is that screw holes are not pre-machined but that’s all right for the price you’re paying for them. Very good fans for the price. Honestly, a bit hard to imagine fans being even more quiet.

Arrived broken, but replacement within 24 hours satisfactory
UPDATED: I ordered a 5-pack of Arctic P12 PWM PST 120mm fans. All 5 fans were broken on arrival. I sent them back in exchange for working ones, which Amazon delivered within 24 hours. The replacement fans are in perfect condition. I also ordered a single Arctic P12 Silent 120mm fan that arrived in new condition. All 6 fans passed some basic testing, and seem to be functioning normally. Very quiet! Once I get them installed, I’ll do some more tests, and I will update this review.UPDATE: I’ve been daily driving these fans for a few days now. I switched to the Arctic P12s from the stock CUK fans that came with my CUK case. Those old fans were 1500 RPM, and were extremely loud, even at lower RPMs. My initial observation was that these P12 fans are much quieter, which is surprising, considering they spin up to about 1800 RPM. P12s seem to be moving air very effectively.I installed three of the P12 PWM fans in the front of the case as intake, and two of the fans in the roof of the case as exhaust, pushing air through a Lian-Li Galahad 240mm AIO radiator. I 3D printed some gaskets with TPU to fit between the fans and the radiator to maximize airflow efficiency. I installed the single P12 Silent (not PWM, locked at ~1000 RPM) as an exhaust in the rear of the case.I noticed that the P12 motors are much smaller than the motors of most other fans that I’ve used. This led me to some other observations: The first is that, because the motor is smaller, the fan blades can can be much larger and more efficient; they can scoop more air. Also, because the motor is smaller, it takes noticeably longer for the fan to spin up. This means that the change in fan noise volume is gradual, and therefore is inherently less noticeable and less disruptive. As far as performance goes, the P12s are managing my temps just fine, both moving the hot air coming from the air-cooled GPU out of the case, and also pushing air through the AIO, keeping the CPU cool; at 100% load and 100% fans, my overclocked Ryzen 7 3700x eventually settles in at around 86°C, and my overclocked EVGA RTX 3070 FTW3 settles in at about 77°C. Ambient temp is about 21°C. Not too bad at all. All of this is subjective, I know, but I figured I would note it.Some reviewers say that there is some vibration that is a audible at certain RPMs. I do hear it, it is there, but I really don’t think that it is a deal breaker for me, especially considering the volume of the old fans that I am coming from. The P12s are very very quiet. I may 3d print more gaskets for the other 3 fans to see if that makes any difference in the noise. I’ll report on that if I ever get around to it. For now, it’s really not bothering me.Overall, I love them!

Packaging and screws could be better but overall great
The delivery packaging left a little to be desired, and I wish they had radiator screws as well, instead of just chassis screws. But the fans run flawlessly and have reduced my idle temperature by a solid 2-3°. Iâm not sure why everyone complains about high pitched whirring noises, I not only canât hear anything of the sort, I canât hear them at all unless my case is open and my ear is to them. Very quiet, works very well, Iâm very happy.

Good fans had them for a year

the packaging was decent no complaints there and the fans them self are sturdy with good build quality i am using them for almost 2 months and problems till now what i have to say about this product is that the noise levels when compared to my previous fans from antec and nzxt are much better i can clearly tell the different when using the same fan curve but when i swapped my previous nzxt fan from the radiator and use these instead there was about 3 to 5 degree difference in cpu idle temp for me that was very impressive so overall very satisfied with the product
