Excellent customer service
Case fits everything perfectly and conveniently. However, the threading is coming loose on the zipper after one use and has to be re-sewn to use again. Poor quality.Updated 3/28/25: I was contacted by the seller after my review and they sent me a replacement case for free in short order. I didnât ask for the replacement, they offeredâ¦.which was great. Customer service was excellent. Package arrived quickly. Star rating changed to 5 because of this update.

Great case!
My Son loves it. He says it fits everything be needs very well. The box is very sturdy and it has 3 different straps that allow you to carry it in various ways. 1 handle on the box as shown, a cross body strap you can attach and use, and a orange elastic wide strap on the back of the case.

Great product but does NOT last. Stitching started coming apart 3 month after purchase. The sellers read my original review and reached out to me and offered me a refund or replacement, I took the replacement. I do love the product it works great. Glad to see a company stand behind their product.

Bag is too small for system
The bag wasn’t flush with my system so it didn’t fit so I couldn’t use it for my vacation cuz I didn’t want to risk any damage can I get a bag that my ps5 disc version will fit in
