Excellent scanner: fast, accurate and easy to use
I have been using the MK900BT scanner for several weeks and I am very satisfied with its performance. The Bluetooth connection is fast and stable, which makes work much easier without the need for cables. Scan barcodes accurately and quickly, even in low-light conditions or with slightly damaged labels.The battery has an excellent durability and the ergonomic design allows you to use it for long days without causing fatigue. In addition, the configuration was very simple, and the compatibility with different operating systems has been impeccable.In summary, it is a reliable, efficient device with great value for money. Ideal for both small businesses and more demanding environments. Totally recommended!

Great for a small business mobile mechanic
The interface is simple to use and there bidirectional scanning is really helpful you can also send diagnostic reports to customer.Really great for a mobile mechanic. And there customer service is top notch they help me out really quick when I forgot My pw. You can beat the price and it has Bluetooth obd2 reader which comes in handy when testing solenoids with the bi directional while you have the tablet right next to you.

Outstanding service after the sale
If you are looking for a good service tool and GREAT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE, this is the one for you! See below for details:The scanner MK900-BT arrived, and it was slightly used and already registered. I bought the unit on sale and Amazon does not have a replacement policy. They were going to simply refund my money, and I would have had to purchase another unit at full price or wait for another unit to go on sale.I contacted the seller via email autelsupply@outlook.com and explained the situation. They responded the next day and apologized for the mix-up. They said Amazon fulfillment probably checked the unit when it was returned, and thought would be OK to send out as it was still in the original packaging. The scanner worked fine, it just had some minor scratches on the screen protector, and it looked like it could have possibly had something spilled on it. I did not want to take a chance on that. Autel Tech offered to simply reregister the MK900-BT in my name or replace it with a brand-new unit. I chose to replace it with a new one, and they did not hesitate to send me a prepaid shipping label to return the used scanner and once they received it, they shipped me a brand-new unit. They even offered to send me a free accessory for all the trouble. I would not hesitate to purchase something from this seller again. The seller is Autel Tech. Working with this seller was better than dealing with Amazon. Thank you again Autel Tech for standing behind your products!The scanner is very nice. Easy to setup and use. The Bluetooth (BT) works great. I highly recommend BT over the cable. You can close the vehicle door and take the scanner all the way around the vehicle with no issues at all. I have used the Autel MK808-BT a good bit in the past and it works great. The MK900-BT does all the same features as well as many additional features. It also supports DIOP and Can FD out of the box. The bidirectional control works great. You can pulse fuel injectors, cooling fan relays, AC clutch, fuel pumps, window regulators, etc. if the vehicle supports these functions. This is a very nice feature packed scanner for the money. It seems to do everything that is advertised. I have used it on different make/model vehicles as old as 1998 and as new as 2017 and it seems to work fine on those models. Autel maintains software updates regularly. Updating the software is very easy and strait forward.Bottom line: If you are looking for a good service tool and GREAT service after the sale, you cannot go wrong with this one!

AUTEL MAKES EXCEPTIONAL DIAGNOSTIC SCANNERS. ITS NOT A BASIC OBD2 SCANNER ITS FAR PAST THAT!
I recommend this diagnostic scanner to anyone that works on their vehicles. It is fast loading and very accurate for every vehicle 1996 and newer. It is not just an OBD2 reader is is far more than that. The quality is topnotch. It reads codes flawlessly. It is very easy to use. Engine light is a great plus. This Autel works very perfect. Autel truly has very great customer service and tech support. And very attuned to their customer service base. The active functions and hot buttons are are very excellent. For all the people taking their cars to Autozone or other auto parts stores to have them scan your vehicle is a waste with their cheap little code reader because that is all they all. This is a true diagnostic scanner that is very detailed and the bi-directional functions is very topnotch.

This Autel diagnostic machine is truly one of a kind. The quality really impressed me. The case it comes in is very sturdy, well designed and is made to last a long time. You can tell it will protect it from anything.It even has a couple little inner compartments for accessories that you can store. They thought of everything.The scanner itself is really awesome too, it connects to your car in less than a minute. Then, once connected you can see when codes were last cleared. Although it would be interesting if you could see a “code history”. Maybe this is an idea for the future. The information the scanner provides is top tier and a must for mechanics.I bought this for my husband who is a mechanic because I saw him looking at it and now he brings it with him to every car he works on. Even only simple oil changes, he brings it with. Friends, family, professional. I got a great deal on it too when it went on sale. We’re very happy with our purchase.

I got MK900BT and i worked for several days on it after that i came here to review this product. This is the best step i took to get this as i gave my car to garage and they were not able to find the problem and my brother is also mechanic so he saw some of scanners and found this one that will dignose and when we got he find the problem and finally did my car as i own BMW 540i x drive. So i highly recommend this product and it has all the features that i garage mechanic need.
