Easy to assemble, Very comfortable.
So far so good. The box wasn’t too heavy to maneuver by myself, and it only took 30 minutes to assemble. Directions were very clear and easy to follow. All parts were included with a few extra bolts. I didn’t use the casters it came with because I have some super heavy duty ones that were purchased from my last chair that are superior to the ones they included. (The ones included do look like they weren’t made very strong, especially compared to the ones I have) The construction seems very sturdy, the base is all metal, arms heavy duty plastic. The weak spot may be the wood (my guess particle board by the weight of the seat) inside the chair that the bolt are affixed too, and the fact that the bolts that hold the seat to the back/base didn’t go down as deep as I would have liked. (I think they should have made the holes deeper and bolts longer for more durability) But then, I am not an engineer/carpenter, just a stay at home mom, haha. The comfort on first impression is outstanding, It was easy to adjust to my height and, for now, has plenty of pressure to support my weight ( I am 5’11 275 lbs.) Overall, I am glad with my purchase thus far, but may update if there are any issues that come up after using it awhile.

Very comfortable!!
I recently purchased this chair, and I couldnât be happier with my choice. Itâs incredibly comfortable, even after sitting for seven to eight hours straight. The ergonomic design provides excellent support for my back, and I no longer experience any discomfort or soreness, even during long work or gaming sessions. The cushion is soft yet firm enough to maintain proper posture, and the materials feel durable and high-quality.One unexpected bonus is that my cat absolutely loves it too! Itâs become a bit of a challenge because my cat keeps trying to steal my seat whenever I stand up. This just goes to show how inviting and cozy the chair is, even for pets. The Initial Impressions are Very Positive
Shipping per my normal Amazon expectations so nothing new there. Assembly was easy; everything well marked with the smaller parts (bolts, washers, etc.) individually marked/packed on a blister card. You will need a fair amount of space to assemble it – itâs a big chair. You will need a small hammer to seat a wedge piece that locks in one of the legs on the base. The parts blister card comes with an Allen wrench, but if you can scare up an appropriate sized ratcheting head screwdriver youâll thank me (especially helpful when youâre assembling a second one and you use the wrong washers by accident in step 1, doh!). They included one extra of every bolt and washer which I thought was a nice touch.Comfort-wise, itâs working out well. Iâm a big (300+) guy and find the chair fits my rather large frame well. Feels solid and secure. The cushions/back are comfortable for the couple-of-hour sessions I have put in on it. The armrests are adjustable vertically but not front to back, but that has not been an issue for me.

Several pros, but not necessarily the right chair for everyone. [UPDATED]
A few pros, which brought the extra star for this item:- Shipping was MUCH faster than projected, a phenomenal surprise!- Parts were packaged securely and arrived undamaged and without anything missing.- Assembly was incredibly easy, directions provided were clear, and extra bolts were included just in case. The chair is moderately heavy and awkward to move around as you build if you’re not 100% physically able, but it’s doable.- The materials felt nice, the chair seems to be very sturdy as advertised.- The chair rolls quietly and doesn’t creak or otherwise make sounds with movement.UPDATED TO ADD: As mentioned below (the cons are original to my review, not part of update) – I am unable to try to return this chair. Due to that being my own problem, I did not reach out to the seller or attempt a refund process. However, when they saw my review, they reached out to me directly to learn more about what happened. After sharing with them my trouble with the chair, they offered me a partial refund without requiring return of the chair. I’ve updated the review to add a star, as I do appreciate pro-active customer service like this. Thank you for doing your best to help with a difficult situation, Famsingo.Con(s): Unfortunately it’s just not for me. I haven’t pinpointed the issue as it seems like it could be several things – if the foam is an awkward thickness, if the back of the chair is too far back for my body, if the lumbar area isn’t shaped well for my body, if the height isn’t quite right, if it’s something else, or a combination of several issues? I can’t tell, but after four days of using this chair (similar dimensions to my previous couple of chairs), my back is wrecked. I didn’t think anything of it following the first night – I thought I just didn’t sleep well. Sadly, I was wrong. It’s the chair. To sit on it for a few minutes is comfortable, but it absolutely cannot be used (for me) for day to day life/work use (I work from home, at my desk) – I can barely stand/walk after 4 hours in this chair. Standing up every hour or two relieves some of the pain, but it comes right back after settling back in. I’ve tried adding pillows, chair topper, foot rest under the desk, tilting, not tilting, adjusting posture, changing sitting positions… nothing helps. A fair warning to accompany this chair: In alignment with the aforementioned pros, it IS big and it IS sturdy – but that also means it’s difficult to move around, turn over, lift, etc once it’s assembled, if you’re disabled or have limited strength or mobility. Back pain isn’t something I struggle with to like this, prior to trying this chair. Returning it isn’t possible for me since I won’t be able to disassemble or transport it. Keep this in mind if you’re on the fence about ordering, if these concerns apply to you.

Well built and great value, BUT bolts keep loosening
Bought these ‘big and tall’ chairs after staff tore through two regular chairs.- Assembly was easy. It seems solid and well designed- Increased cushion and chair width are great for my larger staffEdit: After under 2 months of use, my one BIG gripe is the bolts keep working loose where the back and arms screw into the seat, Seem to need a check and tighten every 2-3 weeks.Today I discovered one arm was wobbly and soon to work lose! While the chairs are in constant use by staff, this is preventable with the right hardware from the mfg. Today I’m trying Purple Loctite, will switch to Red next.
