Great vacuum for smaller spaces with pets
We bought this to replace a sturdy old workhorse vacuum that could no longer keep up with a household that includes cats, a dog, and two long-haired people. We were constantly unclogging it and detangling the brush roller, and it no longer did such a great job. A lightweight vacuum created with households with pets in mind with a brush roller that wouldn’t get tangled sounded ideal. Thus far, yes, it’s ideal. First, it really is light, and easily maneuvers under almost any furniture. That’s really impressive. Second, that brush roller really doesn’t seem to have any problem with tangles. The light is bright enough to show you everything (the first time was a bit cringe-inducing; the old vacuum was doing an even less adequate job than we thought.) The attachments are easy to swap out quickly, and work really well for nooks and crannies and furniture. The machine charges quickly; we have a pretty small house and can do the carpeted rooms efficiently on one charge. There is only one drawback thus far: the collection cup really is small. However, like everything about this vacuum, it’s quick and easy to empty. The machine has a simple design and is easy to use. Best of all, it really works well. The small cup and charge probably make it better-suited for smaller spaces like ours, but this is on the whole a really good vacuum. We feel like our carpet is really properly vacuumed for the first time in months, with not a lot of effort.

A Very Fine Vacuum
I have two Old English Sheepdogs, so hair is a significant part of my environment. Problem is, dust is as well. They play outside on about an acre that is fenced and have their own door so they are in and out all day. They do pick up dirt, and mud in the spring, and it gets into the carpet and the hardwood floors and spreads through the house. It used to be like an undiscovered Egyptian tomb in here until I got the ICONPet Pro. Wow, that thing picked up cups full of fine dirt that the other vacuums (and there have been a bunch of those) did not get. I can now do the white glove test and not see dust for a couple of days, whereas before I had to Swiffer daily or more often.I do not agree with the short battery time, mine lasts for as long as I need it. The tools that come with it (small motorized brush, lighted crevice tool, etc.) are really very suitable and useful. I have two other Bissells, the Crosswave Pet Pro and the Spotclean Pro, and both of those do a better job when the fine dirt is out of the rug or the floor, and the ICONPet Pro really devours the fine dirt.I recommend this vacuum system very highly to anyone looking for an effective, easy to use vacuuming system.

Stopped working
Updated update: Entire vacuum died 16 months after purchase, just a few months outside the warranty expiration. Overpriced vacuum with cheap plastic parts. The only pro is the light at the bottom, which helped me see how much pet hair was on my floor.Update: Itâs now been 15 months and the vacuum has stopped working properly. The plastic around the long part (the âstickâ) of the vacuum broke, so I had to hold it together with tape. It then started to turn itself off while I was vacuuming, and now the motor struggles and turns itself off after 5-10 seconds. The vacuum sounds like itâs dying a painful death, whirring and whining.Such a shame because the lights on this vauum have been so helpful and satisfying to see all the dust and debris getting vacuumed. This vacuum doesnât last, and for the price there are better options.I used this for 6 months before deciding if this vacuum fit my needs. I bought this when I started having severe allergy issues being indoors all day.The best part of this vacuum for me is the light at the bottom. It amplifies areas I vacuum. I thought I was getting all the debris until it showed me how much I was missing. There was so much pet hair around my house that my old vacuum failed to pick up. This works decently to pick up pet hair and kitty litter scatters.Suction is decent. It can pick up most things, but lacks the ability to pick up things pushed to corners (youâd need to switch out to the attachments and they donât have a light). One particular attachment has a light, but isnât always useful. For a cordless vacuum it can operate for about 15-20 min. at most. With the hot summer months and fleas wreaking havoc, this wouldnât be ideal for those of us who know the drill – sprinkling carpets with powders and vacuuming twice a day. This runs out of power so I have to quickly empty the container, charge it for 3 hrs at least, then vacuum the rest of the house. Iâve been doing twice a day so it feels like vacuuming 4 times a day.The container is cheap plastic and flimsy. Itâs hard to snap the container in place after emptying. After 6 months, itâs gotten much harder to click into place.Lightweight vacuum. Fairly easy to vacuum stairs and carry up/down flights of stairs. The pivoting feature of the vacuum comes in handy.Overall an upgrade from my corded vacuum. I wish it could vacuum for more than 20 min, but that appears to be a limitation of all cordless vacuums. Itâs saved me from severe allergies to dust mites and pet hair collecting around the house.

I like some things about this vacuum. I like that it is portable no cord, it has a light showing you the stuff on the floor, easy to empty and clean. Now the things I am not happy with are the weight of it, its cumbersome, it doesn’t pick up all the pet hair off the rug, it has a real mickey mouse way of putting the battery onto the charger (not easy to do if you have the charger mounted).I would not buy it again. I must say tho customer service is great.

Good overall to do minor to mid cleanup, convenient to have. Battery last quite a while.

Bought this a few weeks ago after we had purchased a Hoover cordless at the beginning of the year. And return the piece of crap! This is a little heavier to carry up and down stairs but itâs worth it for the suction. The battery only lasts about 1/2 hr but at least it picks up and doesnât shoot everything out when I pick it up to move it. And we also love the light on the bottom for darker days. So far we are pretty pleased with it.

It look good and work fine for 3-months, however in the past few days it quit on me. I went to authorize dealer and repair shop and was told that electronic components is toasted and there is nothing they could do about. Poor quality stay away from this brand!

This is a well build stick vacuum. Good run time. Easy operation. Definitely picks up the dirt. Easy to change attachments. Easy to clean the filter and empty the canister. Only downside I’ve heard about it it the canister, you have to be careful with when you take it off and put it on. Can crack if you aren’t careful doing it.
