I love this printer , for the price you pay it is so worth it . Works with my phone through the app or on my computer it’s basically plug and play , just make sure the printer is listed and it will print . You will have to adjust the print settings also places like ebay the logo doesn’t always print correctly. Overall im super happy with this purchase

Great value and time saver for small business
It was easy to set up and the printing is great. You do have to download a driver from a Chinese website but it didn’t seem harmful. I no longer have to tape print outs to my small business packages. I would buy this again without a second thought. It also holds the big rolls for aftermarket thermal paper refills.

Works at first then breaks right after – save your money
This printer may seem good when you first get it, but after my second use, the cord wouldnât work anymore. It completely stopped after only 2 times of usage. Also, the app they give you doesnât merge well with any labels or logos that Iâve made. You have to do all the measurements differently when uploading your label. This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased. Save your money!

Great for a starter label maker. Super easy to set up and use. For a little bit better quality, I would go with a more expensive one. This one, the lettering and images came out a little hazy, but readable.

Out of all the label printers Iâve tried this was the best one. Literally the easiest printer to setup. The quality of the printer is awesome, the price point is better, the label quality is great and the app is so easy to design on a child could use it. Iâm buying another to replace another one that I have thatâs been nothing but a problem. If youâre using Whatnot, this is the printer you want for your item tags.

Despite trying everything the printer would only print labels offset with about a half inch cut off on the left side. Had to return it.
